This is the best i could do with the submitted footage. I have zoomed in as close as to not over distort the image. Either way, this is still some strange footage. We have never seen anything even similar to this in our years of research. If you have any other ideas as to how to show this footage in a better way, we would be happy to try. Thank you,

IMHO, it looks like to me that whatever is powering the 'UFO', is exciting the atmosphere around it into some sort of plasma clouds?

At first I thought a car with headlights undipped but then 3 lights with a bigger one in middle. No cars have a big light in the middle. Or do they? Impressive none the less!
