Im not sure if that is just a camera angle and odd lighting, his eyes are very clear, and therefore the camera which tend to be quite large is causing this as a reflection.

Also, other tell tale signs such as skin discoloration, or excessive licking of the lips or the tongue out is not there either, so I don't know, I am beginning to wonder of this is all a bit non existent to be honest.

I agree. The quality on Youtube is quite bad already so don't forget there may be some distortions because of encoding. It's digital media after all, so it's not at all uncommon there are some glitches on digitally encoded videos. Then again there's always the lightning possibility. I'd love to see all the original footage as well before making any conclusions.
