Mindsets...what's happening and alternative expressions

I really did not know how to title this thread. Some of you know I am not easily catagorized in one camp or box. I like to look at as many sides and walk accordingly, but always acting in love.

I went to youtube and this video was right up on top, and I love the movie, "Jesus Christ Superstar".

This particular song spoke so loudly to me tonight because I see this energy in so many here. It is honest, caring, and angry as well as pleading. I think we all go through these emotions. I am hoping for more powerful songs and videos that really speak to what's happening today. I know there is a music thread, but this one is more for the spiritual directions and feelings surrounding us.

I am thinking about our current political climate. We know we need a huge change. We know we must take back our system, but is it part of the "grand" plan? I know some don't believe in Divine plans, I do. I happen to love Ron Paul. Is he a Messiah? Of course he isn't but the people are desperate. Fanatics arise over popular candidates. We saw people fainting at Obama events a few years ago. Now, he was an establishment man, but if the people really get behind a non-establishment person what could happen? This is why I don't think RP will have a chance, but if he did, I think this would be the conversation in the powerful halls of the elites:

This is a thread with the right message now. I have lost my belief in a political system here in the USA. I do believe in us, the people who are awake. Those who are not can't be counted yet, but neither can they discounted. Like sleeping people when there is work to be done, there is frustration. "Wake up! Please! We need you." In the mean time we work shorthanded which means that work proceeds slower, but it still proceeds.

I do like Ron Paul however. I kind of have to, to keep utter cynicism at bay. It is probably a game I play with myself. It won't be the first in a lifetime of almost 6 decades.

This piece from a very useful alternative news site is about him, and the enemies he has. It is also about him being possibly JFK'd. the guy who's beeing saying the exact same thing for 30 years; the guy who is pushing to end the fed.. yes this guy facinated me for a while...

but think about this,, you CANNOT have a NWO with OUT ending the fed... & RP has always been a detriment to the "truth" movements while seeming to not be...

I personaly think he is controlled opisition for many reasons.. the implications of that statement are this: the political "game" is so completely controlled that any candidate that is placed "in front of us" is to be suspected.


Rick Perry ran against a STRONG candidate for governer in texas during his last re-election... the ONLY TIME you see "non-establishment" candidates in the media is when they are being evicorated by that very system (for the "sleepers"; because they will listen to the talking heads & take it as full truth); that election was one such case & now its clear why I think... (POTUS run etc..)

The political system is a fractal of society, of family life.. of religion.... they all encourage us to externalise power, and let someone else "do something" while we sit back and do..... NOTHING

THIS is a reoccuring theme for me.. (us doing nothing) we waste our days at work, at play or chasing trivial "pleasures" while not very often even conciously controlling our selfs (being EXTREMELY general here) ANY cry for inaction is very very very very suspicious to me & the political system is designed for inaction on the part of the "masses" (or very very very little action & none of it meaningful or productive).

I think evil is inaction & we are all being encouraged to be evil.


I do feel that "we" are going through something right now, but I believe that because I FEEL it; I'm not sure what else to trust.

This has been my tact for a while; I currently cannot come up with a better M.O. to strive for... I tell people to "be the change" they want to see but never did it.. now I'm starting to do it & its suprising how I can still struggle with the decision from time to time; but the first effect of this I noticed was a very fast disconnect from "the system" as far as emotional involvement goes... and a lot of stress relief.. my mom and her freind call it the "I dont give a **** club" (when it comes to the "system") & its empowering to see how that little phrase can shift your emotional state profoundly.
