Why hesitate ? I think there is a pretty good chance that we see a lot of man-made unexplainable stuff.
And in this case I wouldn't be surprised ... except for a missing light it looks like a TR-3B or something.

If this is man-made I would recommend to stay away from rides ... for the time being anyway.

Certainly interesting vid mojo, As an Airline Pilot I confirm the flashing strobe is standard terrestrial equipment but I am certainly not familiar with that double light layout, so you may have got footage of some new tech. there.

Thank you for the comments...I'm not sure about nav lights, its not obeying FAA flight rules with amber and green flashing lights over starboard and port, and it was also silent. A viewer did an analysis on a video with the pulsing light I filmed in an earlier video, it it revealed a dark pulse as well. Could it have to do with propulsion? or mimicry? but either way I appreciate the feedback..Here is comparative clip I filmed ealier with the analysis...

I get the impression and feeling that this may be an alternative 'arrangement' of the TR-3B technology. I find it interesting that we have that 'strobe', with the 4 'lights'. These 4 lights appear to be arranged in a partial delta configuration, with the 'strobe' being 'behind' and between them. I can envision the strobe being a 'pulsed' variation of the 'white ball' of the classic TR-3B as seen in the 2008 Paris footage.

Apart from the single strobe, that is the only similarity this flying object appears to have with the navigation and anti-collision lighting systems found on conventional aircraft. There are no red and green (port and starboard) steady wing-tip lights, no white steady tail light and no rotating red anti-collision lights normally located on top and bottom of fuselage. Also, strobe lights are usually located on both wing tips and on the tail.

As can be seen from the comments above, it is causing some confusion and leading people to dismiss it immediately as anything other than a terrestrial aircraft. Perhaps this is its primary function - camouflage. Just a thought.

As an airline pilot with more than 20 years flying experience I can only say that this flying object, from what I can see of it, is unidentifiable.

Maybe you recall this UFO footage from a source called Guardian of craft on the ground in Canada. It is considered to be authentic to many. Recently a few comments on youtube seem to suggest a UFO wouldnt have a blinking light. I appreciate that I don't have to defend my video here but I thought it would interest some to see the comparison...cheers.

Strange craft indeed. I'm not sure where you live in S. Oregon but check into unmarked craft coming from the blackwater base in Redding. Lots of sightings of unmarked aircraft in n. cal lately.

I remember the above footage and it was harder to fake back in th early 90's

That's a fair statement. I am a believer/skeptic myself. I've been interested in UFO's since I was ten or eleven and have gone back and forth. Something is undeniably going on. Is it demons or off world aliens or are those just the same thing? It would be cool to see some footage that showed more detail in the craft.

Moj, keep taking footage of whatever you see. I always carry a camera with me outside.
