Wow. that sounds like a promo for the movie "Soylent Green." I can almost hear the civil defense sirens in the background. This is weird. Why do they have to have all of this stuff in place? I look around and talk to people. There are no signs or any organized resistance etc. No one has a violent bent that I'm seeing. People are complaining about things but that is about the extent of it. What are they expecting to even need a quarter of the things on that list?
