News agencies - recommendations requested

I saw awhile back where someone had posted a list of lesser known news agencies - agencies that published news stories not approved by powers that be.

I've tried searching to find that post, can't find search terms that work.
Could you guys post here some of those agency names here?

Let me reword this:
Can anyone here please lead me to any news agencies, web sites, etc that can deliver fairly clean news. (Eg, news not worked over by TPTB).
