I've not tried to do frame shots. I will think about how to do it.

Hi ktight,

Not a lot to go on here but it could be commercial traffic heading right toward you. That would be why the light appear in the same general area but maybe a little up or down, as the plane rises and falls. There is great software that can be downloaded to your smart phone, http://travel.flightexplorer.com/snapshot.aspx. All you do is point your phone to the sky and it will tell you if it is a commercial flight. It will tell you the flight #, where it took off from, and where it is headed. You seem to have a lot of phenomenon going on around your area. This would probably be a great app for you to weed out some of the activity.

I have never seen commercial aircraft jumping like this and I have viewed many of them. The commercial are easily recognisable and bigger. I can take footage of some if you want evidence of this.
