For those of you familiar with RabbitsHole.com and the Lucas video at Brave New books released early this year, here's some interesting news that I received by email from Lucas to website members. Apparently the website was hijacked and has been out of his control for several months, they've also been selling DVD's without his permission.
As hard as he worked compiling all this information, thought I'd give him a hand getting the word out. Here's the link to his new website, followed by the letter explaining the details

I am sure you are aware that something fishy is going on with www.the-rabbits-hole.com
I am hoping you come to the new forum at www.rabbithole2.com/forum.htm as there will be no BS like what happened over at that “other” site.
I am going to try and explain in a short timeline what events took place. Please try and spread this around so people understand what went on.
* I created the presentation in the last 6 months of 2009
* I showed the presentation at Brave New Books in January 2010
* In February a person by the nickname of “lemonator” offered to put the presentation on the internet so the public could see it for free.
* In May the person Lemonator, without my wishes, started selling the presentation from the site. They also were telling people it was a 500 page presentation which is a lie, it’s just over 250 pages. They also marketed it as hi quality DVD, which is impossible because Floyd and Myself are the ONLY people with the hi res footage. They were offering it for $45 (what a rip)
I asked her to stop selling the presentation, and she reluctantly took it down.
A week later it was back up for sale again. She also still has my presentation on the site, she just removed the link. If it’s not removed in a couple days she will be hearing from my attorney.
About that time my copyright was finalized and I sent a message (below) to the site owner via Myspace. As soon as I sent that message to her she removed the link to the presentation from the front page, deleted her Myspace account, and has never returned a message since.
I have a feeling it was just someone trying to make a fast buck off my un-copyrighted work, or maybe something deeper…who knows.
I will be damned if I am going to sit here scraping for every penny I can find just to survive while someone else takes my work and uses it to rip people off. I hope you can get a copy of the UPDATED NEW presentation, from me, and not from some scammer who is just trying to rip people off. I had to take out some loans to put all this together which need to be paid back so please buy any copies of the presentation from me and not someone else who will probably not even ship it out to you.
I posted a message up on the forum at the-rabbits-hole.com and they deleted it. I guess they had forgotten that they gave me admin privs because after they deleted my post I went back and deleted every single post and all the users.

Hello Angela,
I am inclined to send you this correspondence in regard to the situation involving the presentation titled “The Rabbit Hole”, and the video titled “Lucus at Brave New Books – The Destroyer Star and the Future of Mankind”.
As of 11:30AM Wednesday June 16th, 2010 The Rabbit Hole Presentation and the related video titled “Lucus at Brave New Books – The Destroyer Star and the Future of Mankind” are now both covered under U.S. Copyright protection. The copyright actually goes back to December 17th, 2009, that’s just when it became official.
I will have to respectfully ask that you immediately stop selling, and remove the DVD from your storefront, and remove my presentation from your website, until some formal written agreement can be arranged, if deemed.
You may still keep the Youtube videos up obviously because they are offered up freely to the public, but, in regards to the actual presentation and selling the DVDs from your website the-rabbits-hole.com, they must both be removed without haste.
I don’t need to get into my business arrangements with you but I have made binding legal agreements with a distributor. Everything involving the selling of media or displaying of the presentation will be done strictly though our own web presence or authorized reseller.
Might I point out that the presentation and video are also being misrepresented. It is not a 500 page presentation; it’s just over 250 pages. They are not high quality videos either as I have possession of the only high quality video available. The videos available on the your site are Youtube rips of very low quality, but being marketed as high quality.
Although it will still be allowed for people to make copies of the presentation to give to their friends, all selling of the presentation or DVD will go through the proper channels.
Also, the presentation itself will be available only through our website. You can link to the presentation from outside sources but in no way display the presentation in whole or in part from your web server.
I’m sorry if this has caused you any inconvenience, it’s just the way it has to be.
Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
