Well i must say it would be nice to have some proof of this so we can go forward. I must say for the moment, the dark side still is passing true repressive laws and are trying to scare folks like Benjamin Fulford and David Wilcock and are stealing money they don’t own like MF Global. This would be just a very over look of what is going on. So it is nice to hear chatter leaf and right but at a given point we will need some real concert proof. I listened to one of the first interviews with this guy and he didn't add up. Lots of um and ahs about stuff he would have easily known if real. In my opinion more nonsense by another liar. Too many inconsistencies.

Tolec is an fairly reliable contact, he just has managed to misinterpret some information. And, also guys we must remember. Here in the Universe things change, time frames aren't always accurate , specially when it comes to translation between 4D-5D Telepathic Species and us here on our 3D Liner Time based lives, they don't experience time the same way we do. Alex Collier has spoke to Tolec a few times and confirmed him to be a reliable source. But, it must be considered sometimes because the way the universe works, there are things that don't happen as they were going to, or are less impacting than predicted or thought, etc. Alex Collier though seems to be more onto things than Tolec, and is even more credible and reliable for truth.

IF you read through the rest of Tolec's interviews, there is much evidence supporting his words. Also from outside sources not even associated with him. Research, and you will find your answers.

Also, keep in mind. The war is not completely over, there are still things that need to be done. And some energy shifts etc that need to happen. We still need to step up and save ourselves. There are no savoirs, the Benevolents will come down and help guide and mentor us. But Mentoring is only giving someone the tools or helping them discover the tools needed to do what needs to be done on their own. A guiding hand is not leading hand. They don't want us to worship or fear them, they want us to regard them as equals.

If u guys watch the video posted then search thru Alfred Wbres other videos u will see theres more updates to the initial video posted by OP.
There should also be in there an interview by Alfred with Alex Collier. Tolec comes on later as a phone i or something and they get chatting, pretty sure it was there Alex had positive things to say about Tolec.
These videos convey a great story, but it also sounds too good to be true and something tells me thats right. Id still recommend listening/watching, always helps to broaden the mind :)

The two most recent interviews Alex does with Robert Stanley on Unicus Magazine, Blog Talk Radio Hour, both times he talks with Tolec and the two compare notes. It has been my impression, feeling etc. That were the two are unified they are collectively confirming each other, when they are in 'conflict' Alex Collier is the one I've always sided with as it has been my experience and feelings etc that He has a more accurate view. They're both in contact with those from the Andromeda Council, but where they differ I think, is with Alex it has always been Vasais (until he passed away about 12-14yrs ago) and Moraney from Zenetae, which orbits Mirach in the Andromeda Constellation. While, Tolec on the other hand is in contact with different ones, under the same Council Group, just not Moraney.

Getting this information out has nothing to do with stopping any false flag invasions. It, is of little consequence how many read it. The point being is that the Benevolent Forces have in essence reached the end of their patience rope and are taking their big shovels and kicking out the Regressives that don't belong here, and didn't in the first place. And, preventing the Cabal from knocking us into Nuclear Destruction. They just aren't going to let that happen. They've already made this very crystal clear.

Yes, as good as it sounds to have these "angelic" beings fighting our corner, I agree about it not adding up. There is no real evidence to support either school of thought (other than these weird videos of people claiming to know things and all the channelled stuff which also leave a great deal to be desired), of course, but the default position has to be that it is nonsense otherwise where do we draw the line.

If you ask me whether or not I would wish it to be true; absolutely I would. Who wouldn’t? But we have to balance reality with wishful thinking which on this forum is where we sometimes fall over.

See, where you fail horribly here is that Tolec is NOT the guy on camera, so you're basing your opinion on false information. Tolec has never been on camera. The guy on the camera is the interviewer, and that's quite a stretch calling Andrew Webre a liar. Do your research. I also just wanted to add, it's because of this closeminded and negative thought form/ mentality / way of thinking that more genuine contactees don't come forward, and it makes difficult also for the ET's to come and make open contact. They don't respond well to negative thoughts/emotions/energy at all. At least not the Benevolents. I personally have been in contact with Moraney, and other members of The Andromedan Council. I always wonder and admire somehow people who are contactees and they dare to tell the tale because honestly, how can you prove something like it? To me, is like a dream, I know what I dreamed but I wouldn't be able to even tell a good version of it, however that doesn't mean I didn't dream it.

That's certainly the first step in contacting or being contacted. Is being open to the contact being made. Beyond that, what I suggest is if it's not to cold, go for a walk in the evenings, or even every day if it's to cold or not safe at night. And, have in your mind and your thoughts that you want to be contacted, but only by a Benevolent Race. You can be more specific and just pick one of the member races from TAC. But, probably better to be open to who ever is available kind of thing. And, just project it. Or say outloud even that you want to be contacted and to give you a sign they are there. It's not exactly how I've done it. But, from what I know that's pretty much how it works. Then they will contact you if they want to. They're free sovereign beings, they will do what they want, when they want to. Plus, keep your eyes on the sky.

With Moraney? It's kind of difficult to explain but I will try. This most recent one, it was just that I was contemplating how to fix the worm holes that have snapped in the galaxy. I can't explain how I know this, but It's just something I know. I was thinking about the stuff and such that is required to do it. Really focusing hard on it, and I here this "Thank you, we've been trying to figure that out for a long time." I focused on it, and where it was coming from. And I got his image in my mind. It was all telepathic. Beyond that, from what I've figured out. I know him on a soul level, we've had interactions, worked together. Something like that. But I have also wanted to be in contact with him for a while, kept "calling him" I guess is a good way to put it. But, so far that's been it. Every other contact I've had has been with Tau Cetians. Who are also members of the Andromeda Council and Galactic Federation of Planets.

There are many that are highly respected in the Exopolitics Field that vouch for and have said that Alex Collier is a credible and legitimate contactee. I took what they had to say into consideration, and also after reading just about everything I could find on them both, I considered that also. Plus, I am a soul reader, telepath, empath, (which allows me a certain bullcrap detection ability, any empath will know when someone is lying) plus I haven't figured out the rest yet (as far as what my other abilities are) But, we are all born with these abilities or similar ones anyway. So I used my abilities also to read the energy and intent behind the messages. Which rang true to me and clear as crystal. Also, the history Alex Collier speaks of is the closest to what I've always felt deep inside. It just makes sense. Then, when I started having my contacts, and specially when I "talked" that one time to Moraney. If there was any further questioning in my mind about Alex and as an extension Tolec. It went away with that.

I think that has to be the strongest hardest sticking point in this whole thing. Something when us contactees "meet up" and find eachother that we talk about. And, those that have regular contact with Off Worlders, it's even discussed on goingly with them. Most of us have come to the conclusion that until the "mind set" changes in the world and we're not fighting a uphill battle against disinformationist, religious sects, and the Cabal. Or our Off Worlders just say "ok, enough with the charades.." and disclose themselves. There really isn't much that will change. Because of so many out there faking videos and photos for their own self serving interest, when someone comes along and shows real video of or photos of it's meaningless. Even, for an example. If Alex started passing around a photo of Moraney (which currently apparently is impossible do to vibration frequency between 3D and 5D, he would look like a ghost!) how many people do you think would swear up one side and down the other that the photo was fake, and either computer generated or some elaborate make-up artist job? Look at what they did with Star Trek: TNG and Star Trek: DS9 for example. How real would they look?

I think Tolec proved it with the bases, by showing also the seismic reports, (which explosions are different in what they look like on charts 'vs' natural earthquakes) and other evidence that supports it. There are reliable maps of underground base locations, that corroborate the locations of the earth quakes, and there have been experts that have weighed in on the specific subject that supports these claims also.
