The Florida footage - chinese lanterns! And no I'm not a debunker or a skeptic just for the sake of it, I'm definitely a believer (and an experiencer), but their shape, luminosity, their languid drift in flight (wind powered) has all the hallmarks of chinese lanterns being release from the ground en masse. I see exactly this phenomenon every November 5th, Christmas day, and New years day.
