HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED

It was 3:30 PM on Wednesday, December 14th, 2011 when I found out I might be tortured to death for writing "The Trillion-Dollar Lawsuit That Could End Financial Tyranny."

I was told I should get Part Two out that night for my own protection, as this was the most sensitive, jealously-guarded secret of all -- and tomorrow may be too late.

I moved very quickly to protect myself once this call came in, immediately publishing "death threat" updates to my article, which was already extremely popular.

Kerry Cassidy suddenly called me and told me she was going on the radio in 20 minutes and recommended I join her. I ran into the shower and started the show immediately after I dried off in a hurry.

Our outdoor heat pump was dying after 23 years of service, so the room was disturbingly cold. All the lights would noticeably dim for three seconds every minute or two as I heard the compressor struggle in vain to kick on.

I had no idea how long the power would stay on or how much I would be able to get out on the air.

I'd barely had time to think about how horrible it would be to die of torture. It all hit me while I was on the show. From what you've been telling me in your letters, hardly anyone can listen to this show without crying.

Our heat pump wasn't the only equipment that nearly died of exhaustion during this broadcast. We literally collapsed American Freedom Radio's streaming audio server for the first time in their entire history -- due to unprecedented demand.

I really like David and think he is a gift to our community. I also think he has a drama gene and there is nothing that will ever change that, unless pulses from the galactic center restucture his DNA. That said I can focus on what he delivers even if I have to work my way through paragraphs of drama.

The big story about the non-aligned nations and the isolation of the trouble makers is probably the most important story affecting the whole planet. I feel very fortunate, and informed, to be a part of this history making event. Provided we wrest control of history back for ourselves in the process here.

The second part I found to be very interesting. And eventhough these events are harder to prove for DW, I resonate heavily with it. Call me a believer. My wife knows I spend a lot of(too much?) time on the forum. She also knows I keep up on the alternative news as best as I can discern it. She asked me just how bad was it it in the world. I told her it is pretty bad but that the light at the end of the tunnel never looked brighter, clearer or closer than it was looking lately. She then joked, "May be in our lifetime". I said, "Maybe a lot sooner than might be expected".

I will focus my intent and feed the scenario and future I want to experience without any sense of shame or being hoodwinked. I have no intention of buying something I can't afford to pay for because I think all debt will be forgiven. I have no debts that I can't afford and will keep it that way. Money is not even my main focus. It is freedom to move and do smart things. Not having an energy bill would be fabulous, but eating good food and having more time without all of the negative programming and merchandising bombarding us at every conceivable access point is a bigger part of my projections than the money thing. I will enjoy a world filled with fellow humans no longer burdened and enslaved by the money thing though.

Yes I agree very much and I'd even go as far as to say we might even need to run 'a thread a day' to keep the unfolding story easily accessible for later readers who want to know where to jump in to get the bits they need.

Cross posting my initial reaction from the "threat" thread. Seems to be a step backward into the same sort of situation as with the DUMBs being destroyed.


Time will tell how this all plays out but I was rather surprised that part 2, rather than providing more documentation to solidify the material brought out in part 1, actually branches off into new material (from a new source) completely seperate from Fulford and the people bringing the lawsuit we know has been filed.

The story told makes some sense but as mentioned, raises more questions than answers. Secret settlement against the Federal Reserve a done deal and simply working out the details?

Perhaps this is the story that needs to be told (part 3 to follow) but hopefully (for David's sake) there will be some supplemental proof coming soon???



The judgment was for 286 Trillion dollars. The Federal Reserve has been delaying the big payout ever since.

However, JL tells me they have been in intense negotiations on a daily basis since last December, and almost all the details have now been worked out.

It would appear that way on the surface but I believe the point he is making in this case is getting eyeballs on the material as a means of safety. He mentioned somewhere else a benchmark of 200,000 hits on the article as a point where the threat would start to diminish. Whether or not there is anything to that or not who knows.

You may be right Calz, but I don't believe that if they wanted him dead, that would stop them, they would do it and no one would be able to prove who did it.
Having read part two I see nothing in it that relates to, "Getting part 2 out will save my life" It sounded stupid to me from the onset, what kind of threat is we will kill you for publishing that so you better get more published to stop us? I think this is another of those attention getting stories which has enough truth in it to grab attention and a lot of story too.

Kidding aside I am with modwiz and Whitefeather. I have "followed" DW's work since he started to put out the information about all the changes to the planets in our solar system.

He has a solid scientific background and even though he gets accused of borrowing from other's work, he does have a special talent for understanding scientific material and sythnesizing it into some more tangible and accessible to us less "scientific" types. :nerd:

His latest book is extraordinary.

He lost quite a few people when he started running with the "wrong crowd" ... you know those whistleblower interviewer types (perhaps you have heard of them). Now he has "sources" instead of turning inside :)

Oh one more thing David, you will find this interesting. My wife works in DC proper but I do not at the moment. I work in the burbs. Anyway the point is that we had a long talk about the pinecomb symbolism & pineal glands etc. I've started keeping a dream journal the past week or two. It's something I've been meaning to do but I'm not afraid to admit that hearing your discussion on where all that can lead over time really got me off my ass in that regard.

Ok so to the point, she texted me this picture of the Post Office Pavillion I could post if you're interested. Pine cones all over that thing. She works down there near a lot of federal buildings and keeps telling me about pine cones she sees.

We're taking a trip to the museums over holiday break and I intend on really checking stuff out for pinecones, snakes, all of that stuff. I was BORN in DC and I always considered myself an aficionado with the sights and whatnot... apparently I knew nothing!! I'm seeing it all with new eyes now.

Thanks for posting this latest update. Interesting stuff for sure, but dear David talks a lot but doesn't say a great deal, and provides no tangible evidence to back it up.

There are so many fantastic 'alternative' stories and theories doing the rounds these days but few if any have any verifiable substance. This one certainly has all the hallmarks of explosive that would breach the proverbial dam. Are the flood-waters of disclosure finally coming?

He says in this article 'by the spring'. We have only to wait a few months and then we'll know if this is it... or not, and that yet again we have been hoodwinked. I live in hope that it will be, as modwiz says, sooner than might be expected.

Part II is something else from what I've read so far (just what was quoted in the other thread). I think it is a bombshell, primarily because it upsets the racial apple-cart regarding the supremacy of the European Power Elite by potentially revealing the existence of an Asian super-Elite that may actually be benevolent in nature and have the best interests of the planet at heart. As David said at the beginning, the ancient "East/West" divide, but now on steroids. The "coolies" weren't forced laborers or slaves, they were Artisans sent to do the job because the Chinese didn't trust the Americans to do it. A lot of people are going to have problems believing this just because of that.

I suggest those who do based upon that aspect of the story really examine their inner motivations for feeling that way, not based upon the 'evidence produced or not produced', but upon their own perceptions of the information.

There is a group of old people in the Southern part of Japan that regularly live to be over 100 years old. Why is it so hard to believe that a power-Elite that is sequestered away from the world in a "Forbidden Zone" could not have accrued the technology and wherewithal to extend human life to twice, or even three times that? Science has already proven that death as we know it is really just the overwhelming of cells by emotional/chemical overload to the extent that they can no longer take in nutrition, leading to the loss of elasticity and reproductive capacity, cellular death and, death by old age or a host of other diseases and conditions.

Even if the PTW do not have the best interests of the world at heart, at least they were culturally familiar. The inscrutability of this new group will play upon the base fears of quite a few. I'm kind of glad David didn't speak of a group of African-Elite sending gold to the States back in the day, based somewhere down near Lake Victoria or somewhere in east-Africa. Watching peoples heads blow up then would be some kind of show. LOL

This is good stuff, and is indeed drawing together a lot of previously stand-alone threads of information and historical minutia.

Are you really surprised? My own thoughts of it are more toward the validity of the information rather than concentrating on David per se. Yes, he does a lot of self-promotion and guerrilla-marketing, he's very good at it. I hope he can pay off any debts he might have accrued during the broke-years he had to live through following Kerry and Bill around with a camera and making his name in this business with whatever money he makes. Until that day comes, I'll smile at David's 'economic asides' in his writes as I look to the gist of the information he is presenting and ascertain with my own research and that of others as to the relevancy of it. I always have to consider it when I see the term "community" used to describe Avalon and places like it. The definition of community: a social, religious, occupational, or other group sharing common characteristics or interests and perceived or perceiving itself as distinct in some respect from the larger society within which it exists.

I think we are a community of Dissidents, Revolutionaries, Dreamers and Pragmatists who only really share our distaste of the world As Is and seek to find other expressions of the world As It Could Be. Perhaps we are defined primarily by our differences and the community itself is expressed as an exploration of those differences in the attempt to get at the underlying unity. And we have to do this each according to his or her own knowledge-base, wisdom and understanding.

David Wilcock is obviously an avataric figure that awakens emotions in folks. Regarding Avalon, I don't know about stats and all that here, but I'd imagine that the hits to the site have been increasing rather than decreasing in recent weeks and months as people search for some of these things we discuss here and find our Posts increasingly on the first few pages of the google search engine. I see it as evolution, as experience forged in the fire of differentiation that can only lead to good things. Even the emotional responses are good, as people come to terms with who they are in relation to the information and personalities being presented. I'm always one to be grateful to know who my enemies are. LOLOL Be a friend and stop talking to me, argue with me and call me names, get caught talking about me in pms by someone who tells me about it, in the end, it's for the best. I'd rather have them staring me in the face with hatred then whispering nasty nothings to others, or, smiling in my face then stabbing me in the back. I am of the understanding that, the soul-agreements that we have with those with whom the relationship we hold we perceive as being challenging are for very specific purposes having to do with our own growth and theirs. In forums such as this, I'd think that the interactions would be of an intensity that matches the importance of the growth opportunity for all involved.

Like many, DW certainly works hard to bring his piece of the "puzzle" to light for others to see. He is an educator in this way.
I was unmoved by all the emotion, I have to actual say. Kerry did well to focus on getting the "word out" to be a calming agent...

I can't tell from the picture, and maybe I should go to alexa to look, but I'd like to know what DW's numbers were leading up to December 14th. Let's see a six month graph and see how much of a boost the interviews with Kerry and her thousands of listeners and Coast to Coast with it's millions of listeners did for David's numbers. It's just one more piece to examine. Maybe it won't show much of a boost, but I would bet it has jumped quite a bit.

As much as it was an "interesting" read, it certainly didn't contain the sort of paradigm-shattering information we were lead to believe it would.
Bit of an anticlimax of sorts if you ask me.
I saw very little in the way of hard evidence, mostly just heresay, conjecture and speculation.
Fantastic claims call for fantastic evidence, and this (sadly) didn't hit the mark.
But, then again, that's just my opinion.

It seems many here can look at stuff critically, and not DW. I may start a vetting thread to see what's what based on past things with DW, His own statements, and how well he stacks up as authentic. Sure, he has a nice message, but frankly, I have read 99% of it before. He is just a likable guy who delivers a good message, and really knows how to market himself.

At the end of the day (or eternity, ya know, whatever) this is all a game. An intricately beautiful, confusingly ugly, sweet, sweet game. David has a message, it's a positive one, sure. It can be a dangerous one too, yes. That is if people rely solely on his message and take no responsibility for their own powers of judgement. If anything, I just take his motives with a grain of salt. The guys got an audience—you, me, we're all participating and he's making money.

People need to be able to separate things in their minds. David's marketing maneuvers may be too hypocritical for some to swallow. At the same time that aspect might not be enough to outweigh the impact of his message to his "fans". I'm just sayin', it's like any movie (or documentary), people will love it, or hate it, or not even form there own opinions (they just enjoy going to the movies period, it's there escape). Even Duncan is caught up in this audience, he's giving it attention—even if it's to call out "bull". He's balancing the field. Upholding his campaign, his truth, his reality. I don't discount that, just like I don't discount David.

People will come to Knowledge eventually. Their paths will be different and detoured. I like David, I like Duncan, I like Bill, I like PA and it's members; I may disagree/agree with any of the aforementioned people certain things, but when I voice my opinion I'm only trying to sharpen my Sword. We are all each others grindstones. Sometimes the sound of the grindstone seems unpleasant, critical, rude, etc., but it's an opportunity nonetheless—though it often feels like a fight. Who's right? Who's wrong? We have all the tools to figure this out on our own, as individuals. Everyone has their pulpits (big or small) to voice their truths. People will catch wind of it, and by their own mechanisms of discernment (matured or callow) they will voice what they think according to their own truths and experiences. Each is entitled to their own subscriptions according to their mental palates and perspectives. It's really a blessing in disguise... grindstones.

Thailand has been my second home for the last 11 years. And i can vouch (well, kind of lol) of the prospect of gold in the Northern areas.

I was on a trip to Chang Mai and decided to visit a place called Pai which is very close to the Laos border. Out of boredom, my Thai girlfriend and I decided to visit some hot springs. It's set in a beautiful national park. Many tribes pass through as well as tourists and take advantage of having a 'hot bath' It damn hot so you got to be able to handle a little bit of heat. Anyway, im larking about (as men do) and kicking up the silt. As this began to settle gold flecks were starting to appear. And i mean LOADS of the stuff. Im picking it up and trying to rescue a few flakes. Eventually i find the park warden. I ask my Thai girlfriend to ask him if it is GOLD? He looks at us and shrugs his shoulders and says 'no'.. So we say what is it then? (I mean, what else looks like frickin' GOLD?) He replies- he doesn't know what it is but is deff not GOLD! If anybody has seen Thai gold then you'll know that it is much more rich in colour to Western gold.

This was about 2 years ago and to this day it has always been on my mind as to what it was...?

I like David's work a lot.

In reference to his book, it is a shame that he did not hire more R.A.s (Research Assistants) while toning back the verbosity and self-aggrandizing. If he took this aspect out of his work, and wrote from a detached third-person voice, his work would be huge. By huge I mean over 100,000 times more popular than it currently is.

Like, main-stream-prime-time-in-your-face-change-the-world-Sean-David-Morton-can't-say-s**t-huge.

David was chosen to tell some of this stuff because of his idiosyncratic "way," which automatically creates plausible deniability.

Adding in the David-isms makes it more entertaining, but less academic. Also, he makes sloppy research mistakes that should have been caught on the first proofread (e.g. calling an icosahedron a dodecahedron, calling the Aztec Sun Stone The Mayan Calendar, not knowing high school physics- he doesn't realize that we are now in the fourth dimension [3D of space + 1D of linear time= 4D], etc).

If he tightened it up (doctoral-level or even graduate-level-dissertation-tight), people would have no choice but to accept it on a much, much, much larger scale.

To make his book non-fringe, he needed to reach out for help... but he didn't talk to the right people. He went all "lone ranger" on it.

Live and learn.

Somebody will eventually do it in a manner that is palatable for the big stage.

But, David, now being recently humbled, may figure this out on his own.

Sorry, I guess I neglected to reply explicitly to that area of your post regarding why he held on to releasing until a few days later after the big build up to having to release Part II that night... Well, the whole point is what happened during the radio show!! Because of the counsel of Anonymous (not to be confused with any other person claiming to be Anonymous of which there are many all over the internet that being a generalized title for someone who prefers to remain uh, anonymous..

To continue. One must be able to grasp that what happened on my show was I brought on someone who represented a group who then made statements ON AIR that made it clear that David was not to be touched or there would be repercussions of the kind that those types (he said lower level on the power chain) understand. If you listen closely it was unmistakable. And after the show, he spoke with David to assure him of his safety.

That being achieved, and I had further confirmation from another source that it was.... David then didn't have to "obey" those threatening him who had been insisting he release the Part II by such and such a time (as I said) and it must have so many views etc or he wouldn't make it past 3 days. Why is this so hard to understand?

As I wrote on my blog... David could at that point say F--k you and do it in his own time. Which he did.

Again, one has to examine the situation from all angles. Regardless of how David took it this was a PSYOP and therefore the demands of the perpetrators could have simply been the trigger.

According to Rayelan from Rumor Mill News... (and no Anonymous is not the Shamus / Gunther's higher self) that she remembers although he may have been on a few starships... and yes I know him very well.... anyway, Rayelan insists that actually Keenan and group are part of the Bush cabal and they are using David and the lawsuit to try to steal more gold... I have no more info than that. But I will endeavor to get Rayelan on my show and get more details on her pov or theory on all of this.

There is simply no doubt that David is late to this whole who is hiding the gold game (at least in this incarnation) and so he is trying (as we all are) to get up to speed on the convoluted aspects of this story. I am with Duncan O on this matter. If the cabal wanted DW taken out, they would not issue threats. They would just get the job done.

So I maintain my scepticism of DW as an emotional artist creating a following with smart word smith'ing. 400K hits on his site makes for big $'s. We are in a war for the mind (and Souls) of the people....

I've been pondering the article at home and the concept of the Elders and other information David is sharing with us quite graciously. It's funny that for some time now it's been public knowledge that the United States does indeed owe China a <bleep>load of cash. This could very well be the explanation for the debt that is not being shared with us. It rings true the more I think about it. Are you fine people familiar with that funny SNL skit with Obama and the Chinese PM where Obama constantly tries to avoid the debt to China in their talks?

Maybe it's growing up in DC and listening to George Carlin at age 10, but I've always been very aware that the gov't is full of it 90% of the time. Probably more than that! I was the only 13 year old doing reports on the JFK assassination and postulating theories about the CIA, FBI, and mafia working in conjunction to assassinate JFK. For that report I saw grisly autopsy photos that really forever changed my view on the world.

The Freemasons are huge in DC... I used to work just down the street from this MASSIVE Masonic Scottish Rites Temple in Alexandria, VA. Look that thing up. People pass by it every day and never question what it symbolizes. It symbolizes the real power in this country, the real control.

I've always liked David, and Duncan while I'm at it. My spiritual guard goes way up with Fulford. Way up. It's always been that way since the first Camelot interview. Something is just not right. You are positing a very mainstream medical position that I do not personally subscribe to. I feel it is very fear based. I work with the concept that our bodies are inherently healthy and will function very well when one's diet, on every level of being, is healthy. Sick bodies are reflections of aberration at some level and not the natural order of things. My opinion is that this a personal decision, as all issues with one's body are.
