It's neat seeing some posts by well known personalities like Bill, Kerry, and others on the forum. A while back I posted a thread, "whom would you like to see as a member?" I wouldn't be surprised now if many of the people we mentioned didn't pop in to read a thread or two. If I were to guess perhaps some important figures....
And sometimes I think a little more before I hit submit...:)

Interesting thread/topic Mojo

'Michael Tsarion' perhaps?

P.S. I supect that a lot here might be saying: "Who the heck is he?!"

I would be interested to see how many people in the public view have been enlightened. I've often wondered about famous people, but especially musicians and comedians when it comes to their awareness.

Here's one - Robbie . . . already posted on another thread but worth another look.

and of course there's also the well documented Jim Carey. I used to think that Susan Sarandon and Tim Robbins would be a likely couple but . .. and let's not forget Michael Jackson and our ghostbusting chum, Dan Ackroyd ... so quite a few

I wonder what would happen if we couldn't see any names here, just the content of the post.

I am a big fan of Jim Carrey and his rubber-faced antics! Do you think people in power, say like Barack Obama, who are enlightened but for whatever reason (be it damage to their career, pressure from above, or even fear) choose to not disclose this? I know it seems almost paradoxical for an enlightened being to hide their truer nature, especially if they were in a position to influence people, but I can't see the full picture.

Or, by the same token, I can easily imagine these people never having to "admit" it, because they are raising peoples awareness without them even knowing... if that makes sense? lol

Right now I don't feel very en-lightened, all this holiday food has made me just the opposite of light, let me tell ya.

I hardly know what enlightened means...
Does it mean you can see far down the road?

That I no longer have anything to learn or experience.

I'm so full of myself that I can barely contain it.

or

Be it so humble there's no place like finding your own truth.

At times I feel my pet mouse is more enlightened than me, going through life, living in the moment,
for whatever passes by.

Well whatever your path, whatever your state of being,
may you take a moment to really
see into someone's eye's,
feel their presence,
touch their heart
and just be thankful
for this moment in your life.

Amen! I think a lot of people are very star struck and it shows at how many thank you's the stars get when they post anything. There are some really great regulars here who have guided me in different areas, stirred me to think on different things in different ways. I have to say though that for the most part this is a very open community and while we have our tiffs from time to time, generally we allow wide birth space for differing views and interests.
