Sheer speculation on my behalf. No alarm bells needed. In lieu of a combination of Kerry's Blog reports of unusal banking activity related to currencies and Alex running a number of articles showing just how close we are to the *possible* implementation of Martial Law and usage of the Fema Camps ... makes me wonder about the long Christmas period.

A lot of times whenever there is "bad news" to work into "the system" it will be released at the close of the markets (USA time) on Friday to give everyone the weekend to absorb whatever the news is ... acclimate ... and by Monday morning hopefully not react in total panic as they might otherwise have done if the news was released while the markets were open during the normal business week.

Whatever "they" are going to do regarding the fiat currency debacle ... whenever "they" are going to be doing it would look for such an extended window to allow more time for ATM/computer switchovers (to what ... who knows?). I have seen photos of "Amero" coins as well as the "one world currency" debit/credit card.

Could be something ... or else an overactive imagination on my behalf.

Something certainly seems to be in the air (not even bringing the threat(s) of more war into the mix here).

The FEMA National Shelter System (NSS) is a comprehensive, Web-based database created to support Federal, State and local government agencies and voluntary organizations responsible for Mass Care and Emergency Assistance. The FEMA NSS allows users to identify, track, analyze, and report on data for virtually any facility associated with the congregate care of people and/or household pets following a disaster.

FEMA has also outlined detailed support for its vast Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS), proscribed under Executive Order 13407 for the federal takeover of communications. It details the continuity of emergency communications and the issuance of warnings to the public, including public-private partnerships concerned with issuing alert messages through cellular providers– a program that only recently caused panic when it was publicly tested without forewarning in New Jersey. here's my take Calz: i believe you may be correct for this reason: they want to sqeeze every last penny out of the average u.s. citizen before they move forward. what better time to do that? i work in retail, i see the average 'joe' spending more than he actually can afford. most people are left scratching for pennies during the month of january just too make it through. after the christmas holidays would be perfect for their agenda.

There is no denying that the 'camps' seem to be ramping up for some activity. I cannot shake the thought and feeling that they may end up being used in a way unforeseen by the 'special few'. The word , switcheroo, is the best I am willing to use. It comes with a wink.

I predicted that in Jan of 2010. Publicly and many times since then in this very forum on numerous occasions. Those camps are for the Mortgage Foreclosure displaced. And its already begun to occur , most likely California will be the first to go public with it but ..its already been intiated. Anyone who remote views and checks their accuracy with a probablity progam will see it comes back at about 99 percent probablity of occuring.

I won't bother expanding on it, and what occurs afterwards because it did no good then and won't now and at this point in time is counterproductive anyway.

No idea about Kerry's source. Relying on one unidentified source is a slippery slope to be sure.

9eagle9 could well be spot on regarding the use of the camps for those defaulting on mortgages. Latest and greatest debtors prison perhaps. That in and of itself begets a wide range of questions as to the liability of foreclosures. Some states are coming forward with lawsuits against the big bank(ster)s. Seriously ... if the PTB/W withdraw enough liquidity from the system then it will obviously cause all sorts of debt repayment issues particularly for those who got caught up in the easy housing scam.

Anyway ... OP was again based on speculation as to a time frame. I suspect more a matter of when than if.

As modwiz suggests there could be a few surprises along the way ... but there seems to be little doubt they are getting staffed and ready for action.


Bottom line is not to give into fear. Not a paradox though sometimes it seems that way. This "collapse" of the system has been long foretold and is necessary for something better to come about. Chaos is a double edged sword.

Currency changes are indeed happening. Taken together ... these two articles pretty well spell out the decoupling from the Dollar as the global currrency. China, Japan and India respresent a good "chunk of change".

China, Japan to Back Direct Trade of Currencies

Japan and China will promote direct trading of the yen and yuan without using dollars and will encourage the development of a market for companies involved in the exchanges, the Japanese government said.

Japan will also apply to buy Chinese bonds next year, allowing the investment of renminbi that leaves China during the transactions, the Japanese government said in a statement after a meeting between Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda and Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao in Beijing yesterday. Encouraging direct yen- yuan settlement should reduce currency risks and trading costs, the Japanese and Chinese governments said.

China is Japan’s biggest trading partner with 26.5 trillion yen ($340 billion) in two-way transactions last year, from 9.2 trillion yen a decade earlier. The pacts between the world’s second- and third-largest economies mirror attempts by fund managers to diversify as the two-year-old European debt crisis keeps global financial markets volatile.

“Given the huge size of the trade volume between Asia’s two biggest economies, this agreement is much more significant than any other pacts China has signed with other nations,” said Ren Xianfang, a Beijing-based economist with IHS Global Insight Ltd.

Currency Swap
China also announced a 70 billion yuan ($11 billion) currency swap agreement with Thailand last week as part of a plan outlined in October to promote the use of the yuan in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and establish free trade zones.

Central banks from Thailand to Nigeria plan to start buying yuan assets as slowing global growth has capped interest rates in the U.S. and Europe.

The move by China and Japan to strengthen market cooperation “benefits the ease of trade and investments between the two countries,” Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei said today in Beijing. “It strengthens the region’s ability to protect against risks and deal with challenges.”

The yuan traded in Hong Kong’s offshore market gained 0.5 percent offshore last week and touched 6.3324 per dollar, the strongest level since trading started in July 2010. Its discount to the exchange rate in Shanghai narrowed to 0.1 percent, from a record 1.9 percent on Sept. 23.

Yuan Gains
The yuan gained 0.05 percent in Shanghai to 6.3330 per dollar today and was little changed at 6.3450 in Hong Kong. It strengthened 4.3 percent this year, the best-performing Asian currency excluding the yen. The currency is allowed to trade 0.5 percent on either side of that rate. The yuan is a denomination of the renminbi.

Japan exported 10.8 trillion yen to China in the year through November, and imported 12 trillion yen, according to Ministry of Finance data. The deficit with China widened to 1.2 trillion yen, from 418 billion yen in January-to-November 2010. About 60 percent of the trade transactions are settled in dollars, according to Japan’s Finance Ministry.

Finance Minister Jun Azumi said Dec. 20 buying of Chinese bonds would help reveal more information about financial markets in China. Noda said in September 2010, when he was finance minister, that Japan should be able to invest in China given that its neighbor buys Japanese debt. Japan holds $1.3 trillion of foreign-currency reserves, the world’s second largest after China’s $3.2 trillion.

Chinese Debt
Investing in Chinese debt has become easier for central banks as issuance of yuan-denominated bonds in Hong Kong more than tripled to 112 billion yuan ($18 billion) this year and institutions were granted quotas to invest onshore. Japan will start to buy “a small amount” of China’s bonds, a Japanese government official said on condition of anonymity because of the ministry’s policy, without elaborating.

China sold the second-biggest net amount of Japanese debt on record in October as the yen headed for a postwar high against the dollar and benchmark yields approached their lowest levels in a year. It cut Japanese debt by 853 billion yen, Japan’s Ministry of Finance said on Dec. 8.

Separately, the Japan Bank for International Cooperation, JGC Corp., Mizuho Corporate Bank Ltd., the Export-Import Bank of China and other Chinese companies will establish a $154 million fund to invest in environment-related businesses such as recycling and energy, the Japanese government said.

Japan, India Seal $15 Billion Currency Swap Arrangement to Shore Up Rupee

Japan agreed to make $15 billion available to India in a currency swap arrangement as Europe’s deepening debt crisis threatens to curtail developing Asia’s access to dollar funding.

Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda renewed a bilateral swap agreement with Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in New Delhi today. The two nations had signed a $3 billion accord in June 2008 that has since expired.

Today’s agreement may help India battle this year’s more- than 16 percent decline in the rupee as Europe’s sovereign-debt turmoil prompts investors to reduce Asian investments on concern global growth will slow. Japan gains another avenue of using its $1.2 trillion of currency reserves as it seeks to bolster its presence in international finance and foster a closer trade relationship with Asia’s third-largest economy.

“Japan is helping India to provide stability to the rupee,” said K. V. Kesavan, who specializes in Japanese studies at New Delhi-based think tank Observer Research Foundation. “It is an attempt to increase their influence in Asia which has been down for the past many years.”

With a current-account deficit, slowing domestic growth and increased international financial stress stemming from Europe, investors have driven the rupee down, forcing the central bank to tap its reserves in defense. India’s holdings slid $14 billion in the four weeks to Nov. 25.

China Pact

Japan has pursued currency-swap accords with other nations, including one with South Korea that it expanded to $70 billion in October to stabilize Asia’s financial market. Japan also has bilateral swap deals with Indonesia, the Philippines and China.

This month, Noda also oversaw a deal with China to expand use of the yuan and yen in bilateral trade and purchase Chinese bonds. At home, in an effort to take advantage of the yen hovering near a record-high against the dollar, officials have prepared 10 trillion yen ($129 billion) in a fund for companies to pursue more overseas acquisitions.

Japanese efforts to support regional neighbors are long- standing. In October 1998, Japan unveiled $30 billion in aid under the so-called Miyazawa Initiative, named after Finance Minister Kiichi Miyazawa, designed to help countries obtain funds at a time when emerging-market bond issuance had largely dried up amid the 1997-98 financial crisis.

Reserves in Japan swelled to $1.22 trillion in November from $1.04 trillion at the end of last year, propelled in part by a resumption of currency intervention under Noda, starting with one round in September 2010 when he was finance minister. With Noda as prime minister, yen sales continued with at least three episodes this year.

Along with today’s accord, Japan also requested that India ease financial regulations to spur investment in a railway project. India agreed to study the changes, the Japanese finance ministry told reporters in Tokyo today.

After reading all the different aspects of the previous posts regarding currencies, law changes to privilege military preparedness in the USA and FEMA camps, the computers in banking Re-Equating currencies away from the dollar, several things become a bit more clear, meaning going from suspicions to probabilities.

1.) Banking is protecting the Asian nations against a Dollar collapse.

2.) The American (elitist controlled) government is preparing for the public panic that comes with a Dollar Collapse.

3.) The Banksters are purposely creating a Dollar collapse scenario. This is the typical Boom and Bust process taken to it's highest degree where an entire country is Busted, the difference this time being it's effects are going to go worldwide.

4.) Asset values, with certain exceptions, are set to plunge drastically during the coming collapse, most especially in america (first).

5.) Indebtedness is set to become the guillotine of the average american who cannot pay off his/her debts.

6.) Credit is about to become either almost non-existent or the only form of currency allowed.

7.) The economic RFID chip is about to be hailed as the Savior of the New Millennia for the ills of american overspending. Once america is enslaved with the chip, the rest of the world will be "squeezed" to adopt it as well as their false systems are collapsed artificially the same way they were built up artificially.

8.) Inflation is about to cause the cost of living to remove any savings americans might have left.

9.) Money stability is going to become the 2012 election campaign issue.

10.) Paying down debts now with any available money while it's "worth more" instead of "worth less" or "worthless" is going to be much more effective than waiting until after the collapse. For instance if you owe $10,000 in credit card debt and have a retirement account worth $50,000, liquidating $10K to pay off the debt while it's still worth $50K is better than waiting until after the collapse when the $50K turns into $20K and the debt of $10K is still $10K on paper.

11.) Credit card debt rates will skyrocket to make up for the lack of dollar value owed on revolving credit debts, so owing more means paying more, and owing less, means paying less.

12.) Government work camps will probably be created for "debt repayment" purposes to get cheap slave labor in return for "debt forgiveness".

13.) The internet will be censored and limited.

14.) It will become a crime to badmouth a politician (if it isn't already on the books like I read somewhere but couldn't confirm).

15.) Gun owner who resist surrendering their weapons will end up dead or in the camps. Considering what happens to people in camps throughout history, doesn't seem like much difference there.

Remember, these are just my opinions about probabilities. Alot can happen due to large nefarious forces in motion, however, a much greater amount of good can happen with even just small, highly spiritual good forces in motion.

There is no denying that the 'camps' seem to be ramping up for some activity. I cannot shake the thought and feeling that they may end up being used in a way unforeseen by the 'special few'. The word , switcheroo, is the best I am willing to use. It comes with a wink.

Too bad that they (the off-Earth consortium) still allow children to starve in countries that feed the big corporate empire, too bad that they still allow the suppression of Free Energy.
