I wanted to just focus quickly on his comments about the SUN and how imperative it is for us to heal, regenerate, radiate and exercise that feeling (our innate knowing) of omnipresence. Its non-judgemental, it shines on everything equally - and gives life - a true description of GOD, and its no wonder why so many ancient cultures had the SUN as their focal point. To connect with the SUN daily will instantly bring us to our GOD-SELF, and its easy to do, just sit and absorb and radiate back - a pure exchange.
