So ... you watch fox news??? You are so far "ahead of the game" I figured you threw out your set altogether when you headed for the mountains. Having a source of news (regardless of how distorted) I suppose is a good thing. I prefer the net and the forum ... have not watched *any* tv news for a long long time.

On that note (sleepy time for me) ... Do we _____? If so how _________? Can you elaborate?

Now, just change the names and logos on those sleds being pulled by sheep to:

Christianity with a cross symbol, Islam with a moon and star, Divine Cosmos with DW pic and the green eye, Buddhism and gold Buddha. All being pulled by the sheep following the their religion. Of course the one leading the pack has gotta be the new guy on the block, Divine Cosmos and the Awakening religion of Ascension. It doesn't have to be Divine Cosmos. I see what you are saying and I have taken steps to not do that. I see a lot of conspiracy theorists falling into the sane trap of judging those who don't concern themselves with these types of issues. It is important to try and learn without judging those who don't make the same efforts to learn and be enlightened.

Lol . . . .yes I still watch fox news, fox business as well as all the other news programs. More than “watching” or “listening” to what the anchor people are saying I read the bottom of the screen . . . many times I have the tv on without the sound . . . .very interesting little procedure . . . . you get a whole different perspective of what’s going on in the world.

I continue to watch tv to a degree, read volumes on the internet and even read several newspapers . . . . why? . . . . . because this is what keeps me informed where the minds of the people in the world are. It enables me to communicate to people or whom we call “sheeple” from where they are coming from . . . .their world . . . .their perspective. Also too, if one watches the news programs and “some” tv shows you can get very clear hints on what “they” are doing and where “they” are taking us.. The fox holiday card is a good example . . . hidden in plain sight. I have gotten pretty good at dissecting information from msm (main stream media)

I have gotten so good at it in fact that it enabled me to take that huge step “out of the game” and to move back to Appalachia with great peace and resolve.

On my previous post, the “do we” meant. Have we (here on PA) really taken heed, as you stated. Because for me if people here on Pa really do take heed then wouldn’t more people really be taking steps to “get out of the game”? . . . . or do “they” have us so brainwashed that we continue on in the same vain as the “sheeple’ and the only difference being we espouse that we are different.

An example of how I feel we on here PA are not much different . . . . whenever a thread is started on getting together and forms regional groups or future communities that thread gets very little response or sincere results. Why? I think mostly because “we” as a whole are still terrified to take that first really big step . . . . Why? . . . . because we are still “basically” in the same slaughter pen as the “other” sheeple.

I expect much of those who remain "trapped in the slaughter pen" are there due to the money/debt scam that has been going on for so long. How many are not only debt free but have enough resources to buy (outright) a small plot of land in the mountains (with a small shelter and stock of survival supplies)???

Most all in our city dwelling softened culture lack the skills and wherewithal to live off the grid as well. As an organic farmer you have the background (as well as relatives in that area if memory serves).
