...neat, the mainstream (gov sponsored) media reporting like it was a weather report...yet Russia has not publicly reported that they are here. The same people seem to be in charge over there as well in the U.S. Perhaps China, will be free from the PTB, I used to think a small country like Equador could make a statement of disclosure, but I'm not sure anymore. To much external pressure on them, "we'll cut your funding if you say anything," kind of deal...
