First, an important disclaimer:

As a psychologist - and as a human with considerable experience in humans :) - I do not necessarily advocate the views presented on the website linked below. I may have a different take on what may be happening (although I do agree with some important aspects).

But this I know, beyond any doubt: doubt is the key that turns off the engine and paralyses you. Nothing is possible anymore.

And this is the only reason why I decided to post this, in the hope that some may find it useful, or at least ponder a little more on their own doubtfulness - and what it does to them.

Unfortunately, there is a fair chance that those who need it the most will remain, well... doubtful. :)
