While watching this video I did seem to notice that there is several points (28 sec in) in it when it seems orbs shot out but due to the fuzziness of the video, its difficult to be 100% on that.
Eyewitness states: "Saratoga County, NY UFO sighting not necessarily Alien or off world beings...UFO=Unidentified Flying Object........it's NOT a plane folkies :) Tube UFO or a Government Flying Tube or a Draconian Vessel."
