Going from memory (which ain't what it used to be) the Chinese lore talked about the Sun rising in the west and 3 days of darkness.

Lot of advanced technology (screw the history books ... you know that or else you would not be here) back about 12-13k years ago. Don't think it has anything to do with electricity. We get hit with a major cme considering our ever dropping magnetosphere it will knock out the grid for *way* longer than 3 days.

Seems to probably be then Dec 21-24 2012.
If we have 3 days of darkness this will be caused by something very extreme and saving food and flashlights I doubt will help with anything..Also whos to say if the darkness is all the earth or half the earth "a pole shift" and if all the earth then no sun could drop temperatures down to -100C in places like the equator. Thus 3 days of darkness will not be like 3 days of only night...but something catastrophic.

Drunvalo in his latest (and mentioned prior to that at well) suggests that (allegedly) due to several "earth change" factors attributed to the space in the universe our galaxy is starting to traverse ... there is a layer of normally solid substance that connects the crust of the planet to that which is beneath that starts to liquify.

We have overwhelming no-brainer scientific evidence of the *magnetic* poles shifting ... at an ever increasing rate.

At some point (the theory goes) when that liquidifaction happens then Gaia will align her magnetic north with the true north axis.

In the 1950s, Hapgood developed a theory called Earth Crust Displacement (ECD) which could account the shift, and yet not contradict the theory of continental drift. look with your telescope to the west just after sunset, you'll see a large object just below the moon. bigger than any star. bright and mysterious. came a year and a half ago. everyone has been mum about it. no news no nasa no nothing. frustated me and I quit talking about it. but look at it now it's either very big or very close.... once you see it , you'll say how could I not have noticed something that huge. it gives me the creeps.

There are currently two larger stars here in the east coast sky as of the past 8 months, one is a fairly newer one that i havent seen before. It is very bright.

Hello Everyone and ghostrider: I thank you for your update on the object by the moon. I was just outside a couple of nights ago and mentioned to my wife what the heck is that big star or whatever it is near the moon? Here on the west coast you can see it without a telescope. I have never seen it before! It would be nice to know what it is since I am not an astronomer.

Ok I will keep a lookout for this object near the moon. It is 9 PM now but overcast sky's. BTW Jupiter I seen the other day and it appears to the LEFT of the moon. but I am in Ukraine..so maybe I see it different.
I just watched the history channel on 2012. Lots of talk about cosmic alignment, that happens every 13,000 years. Said last time it happened this could have lead to the destruction of Atlantis..Many feel happened around 12,000-9,000 BC. The 70 hrs of night is a cause due to gravity, and shifting..messes up the atmosphere, scientist claim this can happen on a pole shift.
So ..Dec 21 2012...seems we will again get a cosmic alignment with our solar system at the heart of the cosmos. What that may entail is beyond me..end of the world?? Not sure..but it seems from history the world does tend to have events happen every so often. If flooding happens I'm on the steepe of Ukraine..I will likely be underwater..Maybe Dec 20th a good time to take that ski trip to the Carpathian mts?

Hmmm... I broke my telescope out the other day... felt the need to look at the moon (not a regular occurrence)

so i looked at the moon for a bit... decided there was nothing new there... so had a look around...

To the LEFT of the moon by 5 - 10 degrees and on the same level was an EXTREMELY large object. Very much the brightest object in the sky (other than the moon)
the object had the same colour range as the moon (shades of grey- NO colour) and had about 6-7 light and dark bands around it.
I figured it must be Jupiter, but thought that Jupiter would look at least slightly red?

so i came inside and entered my position into a 'night sky' program... and found that Jupiter at that time was supposed to be slightly to the right and below the moon. (likely below the horizon for me at that time)

I figured that i had made some mistake in entering my data into the program (i am a total noob when it comes to astronomy)...

Well, the funny thing is, these objects are getting BRIGHTER and LARGER - I'm sure of it!

I mentioned in another thread that I had a dream recently where I was told the Earth had 2 new moons, and was told the names of those moons. The names given earlier in this thread don't ring any bells for me, but the names were in a similar vein in that they were very foriegn-sounding names....

As for the 3 days of darkness, I don't believe that will be physical darkness - after all it's always daylight somewhere on earth. I had a dream a few years ago where everyone basically had an NDE for a few days during which they got to choose if they wished to continue here after the "shift"... I think that's what it'll be, a spiritual "darkness".....

Anyone with a telescope or even binoculars can observe..look to the lower left of the moon. Their appears to be a planetary object there..Venus-Jupiter are now to the right of the moon on the sky charts...I'll look again 'hopefully tonight and try to zoom in and see..

Well if events happen as some think..the 3 days of darkness could be caused via volcanic ash blacking the sky. If we get pole shifts about every single volcano on earth..and places like Yellowstone will go off.
Seemed the last time this pole shift happened was around 9792 BC and buried Atlantis. That equals 11,804 years ago.
I am not sure if 2012 will be an event or not..but more then likely within the next 2,000 or so years we will see a huge catastrophe that will be the same as what destroyed Atlantis.

What she says eerily reminds me of a dream I had in late 2010 that I posted on a thread here in early 2011...

"I came to the front door looking to walk to the store or something near the end of my street and there were maybe 3 (?government/space?)men in some type of protection suits. I was told I would not be able to leave the house. I then complained to them as I look down the street from the porch only to see a darkness approaching. I cant remember if it was animals or people at the end of the street, but the darkness reached them first while heading toward our direction. When they were consumed, light left their bodies(their souls maybe?). When I saw this I immediately rushed back into the house with only enough time to close the door before the darkness rolled over. There was this tremendous feeling of being pulled in many directions, reality seemed to constantly distort, and everything looked as a picture or film negative would look. I held on to the doorknob and repeatedly told myself, "I've got to hold on.....I've got to hold on...." Just as I believed I may not be able to take any more, things returned to normal and I remember thinking in the dream, "I never ever want to endure this again". SMH."

I'm getting the feeling that all this is leading up to some kind of 'split' dimensionally for earth...

It really seems like the only explanation that can tie together so many different pieces of the puzzle.

A: Everything carries on pretty much as usual, but with an increased spiritual 'vibe'(ration).

B: The sky is falling/(3 days darkness, Armageddon, Ascension, etc.)

All the different theory's/spiritual teachings seem to fall into one category or the other.

And then there's the (astral) reports of a earth devoid of human life in 2200-3000?? and yet this doesn't really mesh with any of the theory's/spiritual teachings that are out there...surely EVERYBODY isn't wrong?

So perhaps earth gets 'whisked away' (through a tunnel) to some other dimension... but that doesn't mean there cant be an 'earth' left behind 'here' as well?

Everybody seems to be feeling the pressure to get there s**t together before the end of 2012.. why? just because its the end of an age?

It's pretty obvious all the 'Dark side' isn't going to come over to the 'light side' in less than 12 months... so what then?
and even if they did, its the play between Light and Dark, that makes earth such an experience.. If EVERYBODY was all 'Love and Light' it would be imposable for anyone to grow, so why bother incarnating here?

And yet there is a whole body of work that tells of a golden age of 'love and light'. so what gives?

Because of my aquarian nature and abstract thought process, what if the 3 days of darkness implies that the whole earth consciousness will go through a dark period of fear? Fear caused by a disclosure of such magnitude that the energies of the mass populous may darken the mind? Doesn't fear mongering caused the mind to grow dark? Doesn't it cause a dampening of the energy/spirit within to the point of inactivity, a type of paralysis?
Perhaps that is why she suggested to live without fear and envelope yourself in love. Love has the most profound affect starting in the spiritual realm then manifesting outside to the physical realm.
After doing a quick research of the 'Princess' she has written over 40 books and has given numerous interviews. IMHO, her love keeps her going and is doing justice to the whole of 'human kind' by standing up amongst her 'peers' and telling the opposite of what government would like the people hear. She mentioned about physical health is related to spiritual health (we all know this); exercise, don't have food substances from aluminum cans, and meditate. She was stressing the importance of spiritual health overall - love and do not fear. Much of the population is consumed by consumerism. If the global economic structure shut down due to a solar CME, for instance, then fear will create such a darkness within an individual's spirit paralyzing them, causing confusion and then these individuals will seek out guidance from their elected officials. This guidance will not be forth coming in a matter of say 24 hrs or possibly 36 hours due to the TPTB are desperately trying to save their own a**. No electricity from a major CME would short out most of the globe- no cell phones, no electricity for an individual household, no grocery store, no transport (except for the non-electrical types like bicycles, horses, etc.), no waste water treatment, and prisons would be open. 3 days would be enough to cause such pandemonium that IMHO, fear would reign and that would be the 'darkness'.
Skimming through many articles, videos, and books, has not revealed the 3 days of darkness to be caused by the Earth being struck by a physical force, unless I missed the cataclysmic topic being talked about somewhere and dismissed this due to non resonance. I've seen over and over the same topics being discussed: the year of 2012, the end of the Mayan Calendar ushers in a new era, the 'councils' say there is a new era upon us, the government is forcing a new era, the age of enlightenment is a new era. Other topics are more prevalent today then they were years past: Love more, fear less, take control of personal feelings and thoughts, work together in communities because your survival will depend on it.

She also spoke of reincarnation and how she was able to recall her past lives; stressing the importance of self reflection over these lives if one can open themselves up to this. She goes on to point out, at the very least an individual should examine their hearts after every 5 years.
If we put this into a modern psychological perspective:
age 5 : social indoctrination begins in kindergarten
age 10 : instilling fear of not following orders from peers or TPTB in middle school
age 15 : preparation for individual economic / continued social conformity contributions for life will be more important than individual pursuit of happiness in high school
age 20 : Expected time to leave the 'nest' and if at this time the individual doesn't have the conformist nature-scorn and disassociation abounds
25 : serious relationship considerations
age 30 : introspection into the meaning of life and what it really means
35-40 : mid-life crisis, realizing life is not full of happiness and love
around 45 : self re-invention for the pursuit of happiness
around 50 : resolution of past struggles with self (relationship evaluation)
around 55 : possible 2nd mid life crisis
around 60 : understanding of past and self, disparity or hope begins to set in
around 65-70 : then the acceptance and journey on the open road to eventual physical death
around 80-90 : the following years are for either fear of death and internal struggle of the lack of resolve due to inner feelings associated with all relationships of the past or the acceptance and jubilation of all accomplishments without regret of the past and further to be revered as a teacher

If we can learn to 'let go' and learn to live fully with our hearts full of love instead of waiting till the twilight years, how much better would this world be? In addition, if we are taught in our communities from day one that we are more than just a physical being, we are energy of the universe (oneness) connected together, taught that we have more than our 5 senses to utilize, wouldn't this also maximize our Earthly experience and bring more 'oneness' without fear of each other?:grouphug:

And at this point I do not think about it much anymore because I now trust that I am always at the right place at the right time and that I am protected.

I have had back up provisions ready for several years now. Not out of fear but because you never know what and when or for how long you might need back up supplies.

I have been with out electricity in the house I have lived in for several days several times... and I am fully prepared. And therefore no fear. And if something were to happen that ends my physical life it was meant to happen that way. "2012, a year that people are speaking about so much, December 21, 2012, especially, is an equinox. It's the Sun entering its Spring. Earth enters into Spring on September 21st in the southern hemisphere. On December 21st, 2012, its the Sun that goes into its Spring, so it starts to blossom.

He who is balanced in their conscience, heart and especially in their stomach, which is the "I am", he won't live that apocalypse, not because the extraterrestrials will take them from the planet, because he won't see the apocalypse as something destructive, but as a possibility of change.

It's just an change. Even the word apocalypse means this: it's something that comes after... It's a change, so don't feel scared. Don't be afraid. Don't believe in the natural disasters that people say are going to happen because you are already living them, it has already begun.

And nobody says it's the end. The process is already happening. It's just a change. It's a moment where a period of time comes to an end. The Sun's night ends and it begins its Spring, dawn starts to break. the day begins.

This involves a huge change because the vibration changes, along with an electromagnetic change. Our brain, bodies, planet Earth and ll the systems we use like a computer, the video... work electromagnetically. Also, the Sun works through electromagnetism, so the light of the Sun may alter during the dawn of the Sun.

Why? To be concise, when one is awake at night and sees the dawn, you can feel a breeze and the birds start singing. It's a totally different atmosphere. The temperature goes down and then it suddenly goes up.

What is happening? During the dawn, everyone starts to go through a change, a regeneration. The Sun is going to go through the same process, that same breeze begins, but that breeze is electromagnetic because of the fire that the sun creates.

So it's not humanity's fault that all this is happening, it's just a cycle, a natural process of the Earth where we have all chosen to be born and to experience and help everyone who doesn't understand this change. Don't be afraid of any electromagnetic changes inside your body or if you feel dizzy. Don't worry, you are not going to explode.

Maybe you will perceive things beyond the normal vision. Maybe you will feel a lot of sudden changes in your physical and emotional structure. Some of the changes can even result in schizophrenic deliriums, but its nothing that you should worry about.

Also, these 3 days of darkness that people are talking about... if we have an electromagnetic overload, then of course the electromagnetic systems are going to fail. So yes, maybe the lights go off and there will be darkness for a period of time.

But what is the problem? Is it the end of the world? The problem is the mass hysteria. That's why we must stay calm and tranquil. That's why my advice is to not stay in big cities with a lot of people. It's not that there are going to be more disasters where there are more people because God says so... but because the people, even if nothing happens, are going to get nervous just because it's 2012.

So my advice is to stay calm and during this period, don't try to do anything else than trying to stay calm and being present on the Earth. Stay completely anchored on the earth, with your feet as though they were deeply in the ground because really, it's the only thing that is expected from us in this process.

If the wind comes, we must stay very straight so it can't push us around. It's the only thing we should do for now: stay calm."

Besides getting out of the cities, another simple bit of advice is to get a good wood stove and have plenty of chopped and seasoned wood on hand, along with the other obvious provisions such as food, water, and medicine, but it is particularly prudent to create a foundation of a community association with friends and neighbors.

Something else to ponder it doesnt mean a planet from out solar system..if a huge comet hit say a moon on Jupiter it could knock it out of its orbit and send say Io rushing towards the vicinity of the earth. If that thing hit the earth it would all be over here..or some say if it hit a moon it could easily knock it out of a planets orbit. Hello Everyone and ghostrider: I thank you for your update on the object by the moon. I was just outside a couple of nights ago and mentioned to my wife what the heck is that big star or whatever it is near the moon? Here on the west coast you can see it without a telescope. I have never seen it before! It would be nice to know what it is since I am not an astronomer.

I believe this has to do with the electric field of the earth, and life forms on it.

The Zagami videos are a hoot. Zagami is clearly responding to very bad nightmares he has about his ilk. What we see here is a man, Zagami, trying to preserve most of his wealth, much of his power and most importantly, his neck. It is apparent to me by Zagami's behavior, he believes a lynch mob might show up during the filming of the video so he is trying his best to get some form of positional guarantees while securing clemency.

Well, if the basis for these historical tales was gleaned from remote viewing into the future, for instance, then imagine a viewer not familiar with electricity envisioning the whole planet suddenly going dark. His story would essentially report the days of darkness, but without the recognition of an electromagnetic cause at the root of the phenomenon, even though that may very well be what's behind it. Irregardless, the grid going down is an increasing possibility during this solar cycle, so it's prudent to be prepared for such an episode (unless you're an Indigo person, in which case, it's hey, whatever, Dude).

This business of three days of darkness at solstice is as ancient as the sun god myth. The sun dies, lies buried/stands still for three days (solstice means sun standstill), and then is seen to move in the opposite direction. This does not mean that the sun begins to rise in the west, but that it reverses the direction of its rising and setting positions, i.e. each day, it rises further east (previously south) and sets further west (previously south). Christmas Day celebrates the day when the sun has clearly turned this corner, even in latitudes where there is a lot of cloud cover.

Supposing this were to be a new extension to that setup, it could just be one of Michio Kaku’s Class 3 (4?) civilizations playing around with planets and solar systems, which is what they do, and which to us is magic (or divine intervention) – so any ‘explanation’ is going to fall short. And at this point I do not think about it much anymore because I now trust that I am always at the right place at the right time and that I am protected.

I have had back up provisions ready for several years now. Not out of fear but because you never know what and when or for how long you might need back up supplies.

I have been with out electricity in the house I have lived in for several days several times... and I am fully prepared. And therefore no fear. You Are Becoming A Galactic Human: The Photon Belt
Excerpted from "You Are Becoming a Galactic Human" by Virginia Essene and Sheldon Nidle channeling Sirian Council members

You will first enter through what is called the null zone. This procedure will take roughly five to six days to complete including three days of total darkness.

Following this action, you will move into the main part of the belt itself and experience unending daylight (24 hours a day). This journey normally lasts around 2,000 years and ends when your solar system exit at the other end of the belt by going through the null zone exit for the same five to six day period.


However, in this cycle, the Supreme Creator Force (God) has arranged for your solar system to enter an interdimensional rescue bubble that will thrust it out of the photon belt through the 5th dimension and into a position about three light years from the Sirius star system (at present Sirius is approximately 8.3 light years from Earth). This bubble will be reached around the years 2012-2013 AD. At the end of that period of approximately 17 years (1996-2013) will mark the end of your 24-hour daylight experience and bring the return of an approximate 12-hour daylight/12-hour nighttime schedule.


When the photon belt is fully manifested, it will not allow any electrical device to function. Such a development will mean that neither batteries nor electrical circuits will operate when Earth is in the photon belt [17 years]. You will require a new form of energy--photon energy--to operate your former and soon- to-be altered electrical devices.
Another major development that is expected to occur as you approach the null zone is an increase in pressure on the planet's atmosphere and upon its surface. You on Earth will be entering the photon belt and losing the electromagnetic fields when they are nullified. And as we have explained, this means that when you enter the photon belt you won't be able to utilize electrical equipment anymore. There fore, you must being to prepare for this major change in your lives as new forms of gravitational and electrical fields are established. What appears to you as a loss will actually be a benefit that allows photon energy fields to be altered at the subatomic level and become the basic energy drivers of your solar system. AS all atoms and molecules are changed, you Earth humans will be vastly modified in your very nature. You will become something quite different--excitingly improved--from what you presently are.


Therefore, let's go over the entire scenario of the photon belt experience and get an idea of what is about to happen. As mentioned it will likely occur sometime between March of 1995 and December of 1996. Your planet will experience a great field of darkness as it approaches the null zone and your solar system becomes immersed in the zone. Suddenly, the twilight level of darkness will be replaced by complete darkness. It will be as though the entire planet has been thrown into an incredibly huge closet and the door closed behind you. The sun will have disappeared from view and you will be unable to see stars in the pitch black sky. Day will have suddenly turned to night as the null zone's compression of solar and stellar light will blot out the sun and even the stars.


You will know by the total darkness that you have no entered the null zone and begun the transformation process. As you begin to accept the shock of this utter darkness, you will find that something else has happened. Not only are you in the dark but none of your electrical devices will work anymore. Once the pumps quit and water tanks are empty, water will not run and toilets will not flush. Lights cannot be turned on. Cars will not start. Hence, you are now in a whole new world. Despite these incredible difficulties, something has happened to your bodies, something wonderful.


When the collapse of the planet's electrical and magnetic fields occurs, it will also allow all atoms on Earth to be changed. The atoms in your body will be modified to form a new body--a body that is semi-etheric--and the veil of consciousness around you will be removed. You will no longer be living in the limited 3rd-dimensional reality. You will now have physical and psychic gifts that you were meant to have ever since the time you humans first left the Lyran constellation to spread your knowledge and guardianship throughout this galaxy. You will have begun the process of "coming home" to the 5th dimension.


When the atmosphere begins to compress by the second day, you will experience the sensation of being compacted by the pressures from the null zone on Earth's gravitational field and you will fell bloated. This bloating will only last for about two days, however.


As your atmosphere is compressed and all materials become denser, the big danger will be from nuclear materials since there is the possibility for either nuclear chain-reactions or huge and deadly radioactive explosions of fissionable materials. This compression of nuclear energy could possibly cause massive fire storms in addition to explosions around the planet, or nuclear chain reactions. Therefore, to avoid these dangers, the Galactic Federation will allow a special landing of technical ships and personnel so that these potential nuclear dangers can be alleviated.

The next change that you will feel is coldness caused by the complete absence of the sun. (This temperature drop will be profound--like an Ice Age type of cold). This will occur because the Sun will be undergoing a change in its interdimensional polarity which will prevent the sun's heat from reaching planet Earth's surface.


By the third day of change, however, you will begin to see a dawn-like glimmer surrounding your planet. You will then have the beginnings of the "photon effect." This photon effect is very important because it will allow you to have a new energy source. This new energy source will permit the end of your planet's fossil fuel dependency. It will also allow the capability for space travel since photon drive technology is the power system for all starships operated by the Galactic Federation. By the third and fourth day, then, you will have reached the time for your first introduction to photon energy, weak though it may be.

As the fourth day quickly draws to an end and the fifth day now begins, the climate will begin to warm and bright light will return. The photon effect which began toward the end of the third day will now be in full effect. You will now be able to use photon-beam power equipment. Sorry for being obtuse, but what exactly is the point of discussing the "photon belt" scenario (from the Paoweb website and/or associated books), when it clearly did not come to pass?

Specifically:


Day 3-4

• Atmosphere dimly lit (like dawn)
• Start photon effect. This photon effect is very important because it will allow us to have a new energy source. This new energy source will permit the end of our planet’s fossil fuel dependency. I personally am with you on this, I have said repeatedly on the radio show that I think the year 2012 is the year between 2011 and 2013, I have no Proof otherwise, if and when I do, fine I will change my stance.
Having said that, I will still listen to others thoughts/feelings and conclusions about this time period :)

P.S I have also heard the main discrepancy is in how the Mayans counted time and how that relates to the Gregorian calender, some Mayan researchers differ on the actual end date (cycle) for example Ian Xel Lungold's based on Dr. Calleman's research being different than say Jose Arguelles's research.

Upon my research I find the Mayan calendar to be the most accurate one that man has discovered, it lines in accord with our father stars the Pleiades. I am of the opinion that the cosmos is a sort of hierarchy. our sun is masculine and is a son star to Sirius, Sirius is feminine and a daughter star to the Pleiades..The Pleiades could rotate around this black hole or whatever it is that we cant see in the galactic center.
Anyway it seem this 'hierarchy' will align in accord on Dec 21st this year. Thus what all this entails is anyone's guess.

Check the date, Niki, on Music's post. His post was made before the predicted date, not as a justification for the event not happening.

If Music chooses to view the mentioned 3 days of darkness as a metaphor, that is his prerogative...I see no reason to openly insult someone's personal views.
