Lets say Aliens land here, come here, or become open. Should nations give them civil rights? Or should civil rights be case by case? For example some claim "like David Icke" that the reptilians, and greys are not good. But some say a few races are benevolent.
But if say the Aliens from say Andromeda arrive here by the 10s of thousands because their home is dyeing out should they be allowed civil rights? Allowed a seat at the UN? Allowed diplomatic openness? And then lets say the world agrees, and 2 days latter the Reptilians come out of the closet and wish the same..Should they be given civil rights?
