Heal the Planet-Fire The Grid.

A few of us here at Avalon have agreed that a ‘Combined Heal the Planet’ would be very productive.

There are many who appreciate the 'Power of Combined-Unified Intent’.
** Please do Not underestimate its power. Everyone’s contribution counts.

That time should be suitable for most in UK, Europe, Australia, & USA, etc

Also, *it should give people enough time to 'plan ahead' & put in diaries etc.

Suggest meditating for one hour.

Focus on & visualise: 'Emerald Green powerful healing energy’ enveloping the Planet.
* This is the colour of the 'Heart Chakra center'.
And perhaps to state: "The planet is totally healed, that is my intent, it is manifest, so be it."
Also, it might be helpful, to visualise: ALL the negative energies floating away from Planet Earth, encased in a big dark bubble-towards the Sun, where they ‘explode into pure white light’.

It is the ‘Intent’ that is important here.

For those who are not familiar with meditation, the following suggestions might be helpful:

** It is considered important to try and ‘Be in the present Moment’ before commencing this exercise. (and to try & maintain that state dure the medittion)

Here is a method of achieving that state: Sitting (or laying down)
Relax the body, (the purpose of this is to ‘tune in the 5 senses’) close the eyes-feel the weight of clothing on skin, air on skin; listen to noises, close to & further away; smell; taste; visualise yourself sitting or lying there.

If thoughts come in whilst doing the meditation,(which they probably will,…lol ) just let them pass, don’t ‘get annoyed at yourself’.

Count me in on this great intention and healing and firing of the grid! There is great power when we put our energy and healing thoughts together for the good and well-being of Earth. When she is well, we are also well along with her as we are each a part of a greater whole of her being. This kind of blessing and intent is wonderful and Mother Earth and healing is good anytime, anyplace. In addition, anything we love within or upon her ~ sends healing messages by the moment and the hour of our lives.

Super! We need more actions like this. This is the type of "inaction" (as some would put it) that will change the planet - going out and facing your "enemies" in confrontation is rarely as helpful as it seems because that is what is expected by them - and what "their" systems of control have been designed around and expect (it also reinforces the concept and belief of "enemy" - thus the continued manifestation of it). When we work from the top down, via meditation and creative visualization we are influencing this realm from a higher density - trying to prevent this type of manifestation is impossible from this density, and thus the fear the elite are instilled with, in us learning this.
