When i see somebody split up into compression artifacts in real life... that would be interesting..
Cameras record the visible light spectrum.. seeing a shapeshifter is done by seeing OUTSIDE the visible spectrum... hence were not going to see any on film...

Hi mate,
There are hundreds of videos like this on the web. These are just compression/codec/video artifacts.
Cheers,
Raf.

Digital pixelation caused by a limited digital stream, no doubt induced by the dodgy copy he took. Notice how the pixelation is restricted to the moving subject only, if you were moving around on that video, you too would be a "reptilian".

I read a book awhile back called something like "Hollywood and Beyond" about some well known characters (most notably, Jayne Mansfield). They formed a company and invented some camera technology that had the surprising side effect of photographing 'things' not visible to the naked eye or any other photographic equipment for that matter. It wasn't a very good book but an interesting premise. It has quite a few photographs in it. Have you ever heard of ultraviolet light photography. Purportedly it produces some interesting results.

Yup! I seen 1 minute of this and thought the same. This is hardly evidence that this man is a reptilian from outer space.

yes. Ultra violet photography. 380nm wavelength, to be exact. that is the frequency of integration/connection. At least in the one given polarity of energetic connection/flow. If one films 380nm AND and standard at the same time, you are bound to get freaky stuff coming out. (combined and separate images)
