It was a little weird, but I'll take weird over banal and blaring 21st century soundtrack-to-numb-your-mind music anyday. We may be seeing some transition of paradigm programming. Much of what passes for satanic in a Christian reared society is just Nature based. Much of masonic symbolism is the same symbols from ancient wisdom traditions. A lot of appropriation has gone on in the secret societies. Societies that had to hide from organized religion and the superstitious masses raised in same. Secrecy and privacy are often conflated and confused, as is the privacy of discretion.

Was it just me, or did the 'voice' have a stange, pathetic quality to it? The very first thing I thought wasn't about how weird the whole thing was, just "Am I supposed to be scared of you?" lol

Sounds to me like 90s Ambient music. They used to put distorted voices into 'chilled' soundtracks like Angels, Demons, Aliens etc, anything 'other' worldly. The music was designed to listen to when returning from hectic clubs, it was come down music, where people were sat around often smoking a certain substance which B.C (where that guy who was a little freaked out, was from) is famous for growing!
I think it is more likely that there is a technician at the station with a sense of humour, juxtapositioning the music with the occult symbolism of the building than it being an agenda from the T.V station or even higher up.
