View Full Version : The Truth about Sunlight, Cancer and Vitamin D

Here's what you'll learn about sunlight exposure, skin cancer and vitamin D in this free video:
• Why tanning booths can be GOOD for your health and actually prevent cancer!
• The origins of the term "red neck" and what this teaches us about the true causes of sunburn.
• Why sunlight alone does not cause sunburn: There's another variable that's just as important!
• Why sunlight exposure could reduce cancer rates in America by nearly 80%.
• Why the cancer industry continues to propagate myths about sun exposure and skin cancer.
• How to build up your own "internal sunscreen" by changing what you eat!
• Why sunscreen products are terrible for your health and may actually cause skin cancer.
• Why dark-skinned people need far more sunlight exposure than fair-skinned people to prevent cancer.
• How to spend more time in the sun without getting burned, even without using sunscreen.
• Why cancer tumors grow during the winter months (and how to stop tumor growth in just minutes a day).
• Why Asian women are endangering their health by avoiding sunlight exposure in order to keep their skin more fair (pale).
• Why cancers are more serious in African Americans than Whites. (And why they're not being told the truth by the cancer industry...)
• Why working (and living) indoors will turn you into "a ticking time bomb" of disease.
• Why the effort to censor the truth about sunlight as medicine is a dark, evil scheme dreamed up by for-profit cancer institutions and drug companies who profit from the suffering of human beings.
• Why the cancer industry wants you to live in darkness and be afraid of light, knowledge and illumination.

Hi Bill and everyone.
I have a question here about this video advice. Is there a recommended form of vit D to take, since when a member of the old avalon, i take 4 capsules of "boots" 12.5 ug vit D suppliment per day.
Now I understand that this equates to 2000UI, amd now after this video realise that 5 months at 5000UI ( x10 12.5ug capsules) is better, but is this the right form of vit D?
The video did not advise on a good safe supplier for this miracle supplement at a good strength.
Can anyone advise me where to obtain " the good stuff " here in the UK?
Excellent video by the way Bill, many thanks.
Blessings

Hi there, as a healthfood consultant I like to contribute to the discussion about vit. D3 and the recommended high doses that are popular at the moment. As in every nutritious part of our food, it's never meant to be taken in high doses for a very long time. Vit.D3 plays a role in building bone tissue (think about the English children in the slums of London, lacking sunlight and growing bent legs) and intake of very high doses of it, for a very long time, unbalances this process, producing health problems. I have been discussing this with several nutritionists that are working for over 35 years in this field, who were my teachers. In any case, cod liver oil is a good source of vit. D3. Sunlight is the best source of vit. D3 so enjoy being outside in nature. There is no need to be afraid of the Sun, by no means...... it's what makes plants, animals and humans, planet Earth.

It would be really nice if someone new of a good supplier of vit D3, as stated above I use the Boots brand vit D but it
does not state anything about which D`s are in it. Thanks Tinagelcave, cod liver oil is a nice source. Any idea of the
safe limits to take?

Wal Mart sells Vitamin D3 for 5 bucks a bottle per 100 capsules which is where I buy mine. They are 5000IU capsules.
My doctor told me it is safe for me to take 10-15,000 IU's a day and I have been with no ill effects.

I'm allergic to the sun. For me to be exposed for even 15-20 minutes, I break out in what looks to be poison ivy. I was told it's sun poison.
Sometimes I go out and ignore what it will do to my skin, but usually I just stay indoors and if I have to go out, I avoid the direct sunlight. :(

Goldenserenity, that must be a harsh balancing act you do between enjoying the sun and discomfort..
I just burn like a piece of Danish bacon, extra crispy.

Well, when I went to The Republic of Panama, I suffered through the effects of the sun as I knew that trip would be a once in a lifetime trip for me. There was no way I was going to hide out indoors when there was a whole country there waiting for me to explore. I will suffer through if I know it's a special occasion, but usually just stay in doors hiding out. The itch is just miserable!

Hallo Ammit, as far as the amount of cod liver oil: I was raised in the fifties and all my youth we had 1 tablespoon, each evening, of cod liver oil during wintermonths, I think when food supplements are as less as possible treated in an artificial way, the amount of intake isn't that risky. As soon as high concentrations of vitamins etc. are being manifactured, specially the ones that are based on fatty oils that will staple in the body, it's important to know what you choose as a dose. Hope this will be helpful, cheers.

What in the world are they doing to us - vitamin D deception
Wsb6DaYyeBo
Chemtrail weapon now discovered -the light frequency needed for Vitamin D production blocked by aluminum.
The source of many disease is this, intentional or not, sickening of world population. Doctors (who are not bought out or ignorant) testify to the heavy metal toxicity of the MAJORITY of their patients, which has risen since the aerosol campaign began (chemtrails agenda).
The Nwo orchestrated deadly drug in milk called Cholecalciferal, is a rat poison, that is designed to calcify your soft tissue! Even worse, is that they call it Vitamin D.
Image that.
