The real question is does Enki speak English ?

As a computer programmer who worked with ascii character codes for years, I would not call it 'universal'.

I would agree that by convention the English characters associated with the decimal value of an 8-bit binary 'byte' are understood by programmers the world over, but that does not make the code 'universal'. Planetary IT convention maybe. :)

And the 'message' in these circles is rudimentary (as translated here, at any rate) compared to many in recent years, so I also am not that impressed with these.
