This is an amazing daytime catch of a mass of glowing orbs over Richmond. Watch carefully and you will notice them fade in and out, which is their cloak being triggered by the position of the sun. This video was taken right before sunset, and as I have said many times on this site, at sunset the suns rays hit the cloaked UFO from such an angle that the cloak has to bend the light more than 180 degrees…now 270 degrees which the cloak cannot take. Thus the UFOs are revealed for a few minutes during sunset.

Interesting, why is it they just clump together-and can you tell me how you gained the technical information about 'cloaking'
and the solar optics that determines effectiveness-if concealment is the objective, you'd think they would just
ascend above the atmosphere until sunset was complete, then continue hanging about? I just wonder why they
are presenting like this?

i have been trying to catch glimpses in my area near sunset. and i have seen some interesting anomalies, but if i blink they are gone. then my mind is telling me it was nothing more than the sun skipping off a cloud.......
