I encourage all: Instead of arguing amongst ourselves whether there is or isn't a looking glass, whether Wilcock, Fulford and the many other whistleblowers are honest or ploys being used by the PTB, ask yourselves, what am I doing today to shift the energy. Who have I helped, showed kindness to, made laugh, shared a bit of food, listened to a story from someone suffering without judging.

There are so many small things we can be doing (and big as well) and so many opportunities to bring a little kindness into someone's life close by. Ask yourself how you are posting here at Avalon. Could you say things a little gentler and with more compassion, while trying to understand another perspective. IMO this is what will bring the shift easier.
