Q. What are you going to do, 'if' the prediction is true, about a consciousness shift?
Personally I have no idea, and that is a win win situation!

Let us toy with this idea. Some people are scared, and some are genuinely joyous.
This is to do with what is in the heart, now, either it is pure or impure.....or something in between.

If one practices deception one will be carrying a heavy heart at this moment.
If one practices awareness one will carry a lighter heart, at this moment.

The point is what are we doing now!

If one's heart is light now, it will be so at the end of this year, and the next....and so on.
If one's heart is heavy now, it will be so at the end of this year and the next....and so on... unless you see the light!

There is a great possibility that most of us are somewhere in between.
Oh! I Forgot those who think they will become gods on the 21st December 2012!
'If' the prediction is correct, then everything one holds about oneself will be exaggerated.
Look into your heart now, practice makes perfect. Stop all those little digs.

Do not forget Mr Karma. “Every move you make, every step you take....I'll be watching you!”

Personally I have no idea, and that is a win win situation!
I have spent many years in my free time to anylize past lost civilizations. I have studied various theories of where man came from including Blavatsky, and the origins of man. Her theory could indeed support humans entering a new shift or a higher development. As she says we are in the 5th root race now, and a new race could come of this transition.
I'm not throwing out the possibility of a transition. it could happen. We are soon to enter a cosmic alignment with our hierarchical stars. It could mean nothing, it could mean a cataclysm, or it could mean evolution..I hope for option 3.
So if option 3 I hope to gain wisdom and understanding of who i was in the past lives..where we are going from here..I guess I just hope more wisdom is shed we as human know only a small % of the universe, about life, death, reincarnation, evolution, aliens etc..So i hope some of this wisdom comes via a shift if that happens.

The 21st is a friday, so I will be at work continuing my duties. I will also be making sure whatever I have planned for my wife's birthday is ready(December 24 is her birthday). Also I will be getting the gift ready for whichever cousin or sibling I picked during Thanksgiving. After work I will also go by the church to practice on the Organ for Sunday and Christmas Eve services.

Just in case that is the last day on Earth, I will do what I do anyway; tell my family I love them and smile to whomever I meet.

Finally I can say that are lots of theories and we have to use all pieces of the puzzle. Your post is very good!

Could you give me answer of those questions:

- Why we have to think as one (The slogan of my country is 'The union makes strength' - it not happens indeed but this is the slogan )

- Why we have to open our hearts and mind for other level of living

- Why we always look to the sky and forget the Earth

- Why we have to understand the power of Mind before the end of 2012

- What is meaning of Pyramids, Crystal Skulls, Holly Caves, magnetic shift, natural disasters, all myths, places like Stonehenge and many others nearly in every country in the world.

- Why we think that aliens exist but we need an approval for that (there are so many evidence). The is an old Tibetan story - 'If you doubt anything will achieve'

- What you see in the future when you practice? What picture is in your head - is that the picture that you mind create or see what is the global understanding?

- Why our Planet looks like that - do you ever watch deeply a map of the whole world?

- As you know the imagination is like weapon that could be used in many ways. How most of people understand something - it will be such a thing. People create the global matrix.

- To be a God sound like we are not... I think that we have to explore all our potential because we can choose what kind of people to be.

- The signal of big disaster is the best way to organize people! I think that everything is our hands....

I have my own conclusion, but there are other questions so I hope that when we talk and share experience will can find the answer... and stop to worry about something... just go ahead and concentrate much more on what we have to do...

Whatever one expects to happen that day or any other day is just speculation.We wouldnt know what to expect,not even where to begin if we decided to prepare.
It doesnt mean we cant have fun with these speculations.They are even useful i would say from an 'inner understanding' point of view.
Helps us see what emotions,feelings thought arise in us . Questions arise:
Are you afraid?
Are you anxious to graduate in a higher realm?

If yes,who do you think gives the grades ? Is there smth else that has your journey figured out for you,or its just you fullfilling your expectations.
What do you think you can do more there than here,to expand your consciousness,other than flying and playing football with angels,with a star instead of the ball.

I suppose it is really about recognising that we do have choices to make. This is once we see what the choices are.
However we cannot know ALL the choices, so we have to deal with what our karma dishes up for us. Which could be pretty prescise!

A lot will depend on how often we are mindful, and remember our true unimpeded nature. The more we do this the more interest we take, the more we are mindful, the more we are aware.....the more we remember what it is all about.

So we will waste less time. We can spend our precious time, passing it away, or discover timelessness.

Just two months ago, I was hoping that there will be a shift or a big event in the end of 2012.
I changed my mind regarding this.
I only started awakening a little more then a year ago and I'm having such a great here. I would like to experience this part of live a little bit longer...

... develop in a sense of spiritual development
... watch humanity awakening more and more.

In the end I would be ok with both options though.

I like when spiritual and science come together.
The higher frequency energy coming into the solar system just now may well change our DNA and raise our consciousness.
Kundalini awakening changes the bodies nervous system in order for it to accept a higher frequency of spiritual energy, this is happening for an increasing number of people. This is very positive as there are no accidents in our world, everything is in Divine order.
The ability to accept a higher frequency would not be happening if there was not the likelihood that its a possibility.

From my point of view there is only one way you can look at the world of predictions. Irrespective of the motive behind people who claim to be able to predict the future, especially in the area foreseeing doomsday events, you have to consider how many such predictions in the past have come true. The obvious answer is none since we’re still here. That number is actually quite large and who is to say the driver behind each of those predictions had any more or less authority than any before it.

Merit.

Collecting merit, or good karma. There is more to this than having another badge on your jumper!

The acquisition of merit, can consists of good deeds, going to holy places, giving, helping caring, meditating, prayers, or resting in the natural state.

But there is something else. When jealousy arises in the mind, meaning seeing something and feeling annoyed. Actually there is incredible wisdom here....surprised!

Let's take jealousy apart...oh I do like this bit!!!

You have just seen something, that you in fact value. The very recognition of valuing this 'thing' means you recognise its worth. This actually means you admire it. For you to admire it, means there is something in you that knows and appreciates this thing.

Now, that thing that you have seen has merit, meaning a goodness about it. At that moment if you stopped the action there,.......you acquire as much merit as the thing you are jealous of. WOW!!!

How's that for positive thinking! ….win, win!

The thing you admired, was probably done by someone who has done it in previous incarnations, so is a “natural'. You, the poor soul that you are, have just come across it...... you must being acquiring even more merit than the person who does it naturally in the first place, and probably takes it for granted!

Thank you for your kindness, Chris. Your opinion means a lot to me (and I am not just saying that).

What got me thinking was the part where the man describes the thing that the Sun supposedly will do: incinerating the "impure", but those of pure heart will feel nothing.

Now, as I have said before, I am not really a "2012" believer, never have been (but I am keeping my mind open).

Still it is an intriguing thought. And for the sake of the argument, I tried to imagine - on a purely intuitive level, of course - what could cause something so extraordinary. Something to do with "light" - or "frequence" - affinity, it would seem.

And that prompted the question: would my "light", the amount that I actually maintain (as opposed to the amount I would like to have) - be enough to be... only slightly singed, I hope? :-))
For the sake of the argument, does the intention and endeavour to purify one's heart actually increase the light, on that para-physical level?
Do they carry any weight at all?
I somehow doubt it, but obviously, I am not sure.
(And we are still speaking theoretically here.)

Nobody can answer that, I know. It's just feels healthy, sanitary, somehow, to voice the doubt openly, from time to time.

But whatever the answer, let's hope it comes soon. :-)
