I disagree, Kindred. This is not fear porn. Even those in the military who do not question their role (more than likely because such a thought has never entered the mind), I trust if they were to see such a video, it would shake them up more than a bit. If there is blame, no-one is without their share. Awakening people need compassion, and so do unawakened people.

I do 'research' and one day my computer at startup took me to a statistics hit it was the number of civilian casualties in the Middle East since the start of the gulf wars, scary numbers. If I were in a situation in which my hometown was declared a war zone... Or bombed, and horrendous things happened to the people around me, I hope a person carrying a lot of love and light within them would share theirs with the people, who had to go through it, to help them.

Maybe one day I can help more directly people going through this... Throughout my relatively short life I've had people close to me (family, friends) tell me stories of wars, how they escaped from military or non military, lost their family while doing it, they were being killed for having different beliefs, but they got to a safe place eventually with help of other people who reached out to them.

What they told me certainly did not help lifting my "spirit"s in any way, but I hope listening and being there for them helped them to elevate theirs. To see a smile, if not in their eyes yet, when they realized they were safe enough to recount what happened, to process it, that was nice, the selfish part there for me is that I also felt needed, like I had a place in their life.

In some ways that's what I'm here to do, I may not be throwing myself in front of a tank in a battle zone to stop it, but... Maybe spreading awareness will catch on like wild fire and before long... People will be heard, when together they demand for these atrocities to be stopped, but we need more voices. They're not listening carefully enough yet I feel.

Many or most Americans are inoculated to know what is really happening. They want to believe they are here doing good in the world, it's been the propaganda for decades.
Their world view is deeply, deeply askew, in relative terms.
So, even though it doesn't do much good for those who are aware, and keeps the vibration low, a video like this can wake people up who just have no real understanding of what they are supporting.
It tears at my heart to know that some of my earnings have helped to contribute to this.

I totally agree with you Gooty, especially the part about "Looking away you die--knowing the truth you come alive." People who refuse to see what is happening in the world for fear of lowering their vibrations is not doing anyone any favors others. If one is not aware of what is happening because it is personally unpleasant, it does not help anyone other than themselves, and it is just like being an austrich with its head in the sand thinking if they do not see it then it does not happen or is nothing they wish to think about. I am sorry but awareness no matter how unpleasant and "vibration lowering" is better than turning a blind eye because it is unpleasant to think about. If it were their children being blow up by a war machine would they really want people to turn a blind eye to what is happening in the real world, just because it is unpleasant to think about on a personal level. I think not. It is all the blind eyes that perpetuate the whole stinking system of war and of starvation and of deprivation and the have and have nots. Fascinating the different responses this video has provoked. I think to see something like this occasionally is important - I know it is going on and don't need to saturate myself with it but it does poke me in the ribs and tell me to get on and do something about it. While I believe trying to be positive is important just sitting around thinking about a better outcome is not the answer - action - preferably peaceful - does make a difference. Join the 'Stop the War' Coalition - let our governments know we care.
