Is there another thread which lists everyday products which actually contain Aspartame does anyone know?
Even if I wear my reading glasses I still cannot read the ingredients list when I am shopping.
Therefore I must be ingesting this unknowingly.
This is a must share to protect us and our children!

I get huge headaches when i drink soft drinks especially diet drinks.
Some of us are lucky enough to get those warning signs.
Others are not, i no longer consume anything with it in or even remotely similar.

basically aspartame is "Formaldahyde" "Fire Ant Venum" (the same chemical compound) and two different Central Nervous System Toxins. But, they also label it as "Equal" and "Nutra-Sweet", Aside from that Sucralose/Splenda isn't any better! It's mostly chemically altered Chlorine about 99%.
