So I was watching Real Steel last night & marveling at its ability to cause emotional stir; as I am normally anything BUT emotional.

then an idea came to me..
From my watching of others research (which is, mostly all I do) at sites like
www.hollywoodinsiders.net :
This site documents hollywood movies, their portrayal of Architypes & repetitive story lines (same story different context... Like how pocahontas and Avatar are exactly the same archetypal story with a different context)
And
www.theindustryexposed.com:
This site focuses on the music industry, symbology & how nearly all major music artists are involved in Satanism (knowingly or not...).
The basic ideas between these sites is this:
Entertainment is NOT just that, it is there to tell a specific story & through symbolism it gives hints and clues, I basically do not consume "entertainment" with out these two sites in mind anymore.
So there's my mind set in watching this movie & here's what I've noticed.
This movie is HEAVY in a common theme from theindustryexposed which is this:
De huminizing humans & humizing robots
All of which seems to stem from:
METROPOLIS:

(notice the inverted pentagram, the female robot, the one gloved "mad scientist".. these are all very important and often repeated)
This is one of the only shots of the ring girls in the movie I could find.. but who does this look like? (I got to see 5 of them in the movie, all looked like this or even MORE like the metropolis robot)

The main charactor is a robot which is portrayed as creapily humanistic.. his name is ATOM which from what I recall is an ancient name of "GOD". in the movie ATOM fights Zeus (an angry dominating robot) and "wins" sort of.. I saw this as two aspects of "god" fighting itself... very interesting..
there was MUCH more, some lines about zeuz being the highest god in the universe & someother lines that were "red flags" to me..
As I sat there feeling these swells of emotion brought on by music scores & actors I had a thought...
it seems that there is a common idea that we are attached on & "eaten from" but emotional vampires.. extra dimensional possibly (again a topic I'm not 100% sure of, but open to the posibility) & movie theaters, music concerts.. all of these are places where massive amounts of people gather and have symotanous emotional spikes.. this seems to me like a buffet of sorts, a well orcistrated, directed emotional surge every now and then.
(as I thought thiis I got that wierd "rush" feeling in my head... not sure it means anything, but its worth noting, I've come to take it as a "you’re on the right path" sign)
so not only are we being emotionally manipulated in mass via theaters (buffet style) but we also take this order... "to go" and have mini events in our houses...
the whole idea of it made me wonder.. I watched the rest of the movie trying to not be emotonally provoked; it wasn't possible. I even shed a tear or two at certain points (again something I rarely do).
so... anyone have thoughts on this? I typed this up at work & its not as robust as I had hoped; I'd be glad to expand but don't know where to start as its a bit of a complex topic.
