Hi everyone,

Over the last couple of days I have been talking to several people who have, in effect, "come out" about their awareness. This made me very happy, because I was beginning to get a little frustated. In one case, it was not so much talking, as feeling. This was a first for me, to know someone's intentions while holding an altogether different conversation.

The notion of admitting to being aware may seem like an oxymoron to some, but I'm sure you can relate to an extent. It is not so easy for people to be forthcoming about their beliefs, especially where family is concerned. I'm sure you've been through it. In the case of the last few days, the topic of spirituality was breached after conversations about politics, energy, the economy.. nothing too unusual basically.
After talking about conventional energy sources for a bit, I was taken aback when asked, "Do you believe in energy?"

So when I made an admission about certain things I have come to understand, I was pleasantly surprised when the conversation immediately went more in-depth. It was a wonderful feeling to instantly realise that the person I was talking to was also 'awake'. I have known several of these people for a couple of years now, so I almost felt like we had missed opportunities to discuss this ages ago. After understanding how easy it was for me to communicate with these people, both parties realised the folly involved. It made me think of how many other people out there I know of who are coming to these realisations also.
Or even, maybe they knew all along, and it's actually me they are helping. Pretty cool I think.
To some people here, maybe it's very apparent when someone is awake, simply by looking at their aura, or their demeanor etc. Can anyone expand on this in particular?

Try to discover how many people you know are on the same page. Think of it as an exercise. You can meditate all you want, but there is a physicality to what we are doing. I know my own awakening lay dormant for some time, gradually pushing me towards esoteric subjects. I had no-one to talk to about this.

So maybe, as you challenge your views on who's who, you will stir someone else into waking up. Teachers learn with their students, just in a different way. Even in writing this short piece I have learned something new!

Love and light,
Cian

In the beginning stages of my awakening it was a very alone journey with no one to discuss anything with and the ones I did attempt to converse with were quite closed. It was actually upsetting to some friends as our mutual commonality was gone!

I did have one or two I could talk with but overall it was a solitary path and I didn't mind as the information was all engrossing and time alone was necessary.

Now I have many to share with including family members. The waking up is growing now.

Thank you for sharing. Indeed, these experiences are becoming more and more prevalent. A certain threshold has been reached and we are witnessing its effects in our own lives. There will be a further cascade, and then ...
