Have you followed Dr. Keshe's work at all? He claims to have that technology already (and actually claims that he's approaced several governments alreadywith it but Iran is the only one to have purchasrd so far.) I have been anxiously watching his work for a while, but he is highly monitored so has not yet made videos of a functioningnunit (his work is expansive and wide ranging) I pray it is legitimate!
