Thanks to a post Calz_Avaretard on the Up At The Ranch thread (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?p=423851#post423851), I noticed the following interview by Dr. Mercola of Jeff Green regarding fluoride sources in our food and water (http://www.sott.net/articles/show/241208-Jeff-Green-Talks-about-Toxic-Fluoride-Sources-in-Food-and-Water):

It is a wide ranging and informative interview discussing fluoride and other contaminants in our food and water.

This was startling to me. I remove the fluoride from my water. Don't use toothpaste with it, etc, etc. Now I learn it is sprayed on my food intentionally?!?!?! It's becoming increasingly more difficult to avoid the poisons.

Baking soda to polish and remove stains, peroxide to clean germs. Swish and expell, cleaner, cheaper, and healthier gums and oral hygiene that doesn't harm. Baking soda removes cancerous cells in mouth as well as peroxide wash destroying it. it will come off like a callous skin inside the mouth if you are a smoker.
