"Protesters in Athens are clashing with police, some throwing stones and Molotov cocktails. Greece's coalition government managed to agree on a new austerity deal their creditors demanded.
But Eurozone finance ministers say they want to see concrete action before the second bailout worth 130 billion Euros can be handed over. The Greek Parliament is expected to vote on Sunday. But a junior coalition member says he will not back the new plan."

I am not sure about the debt thing. Many individual people hold Government bonds like they do gilts, it is not that clear cut. Of course many have sold already at a loss
Otherwise I agree that it makes no sense for Germany to accept Greece as member knowing how that economy was to start with. We all know the Imperialist desires of Germany and they are getting there. I think the Germans might have been the only economy to increase their balance of payments this year while the rest of the Eurozone is in a dire situation
What to do is the question because we do not live on a democracy, we live on a democratic capitalism in which we only have our say once every so many years. The system has to change and we can only do that by protesting peacefully but we must do it before it becomes a dictatorship like it has happened in the US where all the rights have been stripped of people
Here is slightly better but it can become much worse

I watch Max Keiser report every day, I must admit alot of it goes over my head and I dont understand some of the abbreviated terminology,
BUT... I am learning alot, and when I feel depressed by the world's economic affairs he makes me cry with laughter. Of course most of what he's reporting is disaster and corruption and ultimately not funny,
but watching him get more annimated by the day, as if he himself is ready to spontaneously combust is sheer brilliance. I think he is bringing more awareness to mainstream media, however as someone pointed out to me
recently I have to remain skeptical as RT is run by Putin.

Max Keiser should run for president or be Ron's VP (just my two cents worth). Him and Ron Paul could swing those big hammers they have waiting, right at the Federal Reserve and Wall Street guys (without flinching).
