Further to previous discussion concerning MOSSAD prepping to blow up an old 'dispensible' ship in the Straits of Hormuz - for example - the USS Enterprise. here we have a forewarning planting 'news' via Reuters from the US Navy...

(Reuters) - Iran has built up its naval forces in the Gulf and prepared boats that could be used in suicide attacks, but the U.S. Navy can prevent it from blocking the Strait of Hormuz, the commander of U.S. naval forces in the region said on Sunday.

Iran has made a series of threats in recent weeks to disrupt shipping in the Gulf or strike U.S. forces in retaliation if its oil trade is shut down by sanctions, or if its disputed nuclear program comes under attack.

"They have increased the number of submarines ... they increased the number of fast attack craft," Vice Admiral Mark Fox told reporters. "Some of the small boats have been outfitted with a large warhead that could be used as a suicide explosive device. The Iranians have a large mine inventory." ..... more on link

Ahaa - blame Iran eh? Same old stories keep cropping up don't they?

International PR is something which is unbelievably strong. Living in Istanbul - which is practically neighbours of Iran - even I had some prejudices about Iranians. Lately I interacted with some Iranian people via business and amazed about their stories. They were very very positive people and they said Iran is nothing like what's been told in international media, big majority of people want peace, want to mind their own business and have high intellectual standarts.

It's shame that USA still chooses to practice agressive and deceptive politics. Around here it is known that there are two cultures that can defend their land with unbelievable passion & violence; Persian (think of '300' movie telling opposite of reality) and Turkish cultures. So this is not Afghanistan, this is not Irak, this is not Kuwait. If US gets into this game I can guarantee they will be in BIG trouble.

I read a bunch of predictions some years ago form a web site that no longer exists. But the jest of these predictions gave some type of a time line.
More of a sequence of events.

The West (NATO and or US) would get involved into a war in the Middle East where they would loose. A disaster (Natural or man made) in North America would prevent the war from protracting to a full nuclear event. The west would bring its forces home to help on the home front.
I.e. Stop riots in Europe and North America due to food shortages and financial collapse. And a peace would be brokered in favour of the Middle East. This would give 7 to 10 years of a Cold War type peace.
The ruling Families of the Arab Countries would face riots and eventually be over thrown for an Islamic Brother hood democracy to take place all over the Arab countries. Finally a great war will start with India and Pakistan. This will be the precursor to World War III.

I see this as all tying in with the events over the last few years. Egypt, Libya and soon Syria.

Just my two cense.
