Can't see youtube, but would bet the list is something like this:
1. Donuts
2. French fries
3. GMOs
4. Rancid veggie oils (putrid the day you buy it)
5. Seared meat
6. Deli meat
7. Cured meat
8. White bread
9. Soy
10. Most everything else in the grocery.
