"Wars of the future might be decided through manipulation of people's minds, concludes a report this week from the UK's Royal Society. It warns that the potential military applications of neuroscience breakthroughs need to be regulated more closely.

"New imaging technology will allow new targets in the brain to be identified, and while some will be vital for medicine, others might be used to incapacitate people," says Rod Flower of Queen Mary, University of London, who chairs the panel that wrote the report.

The report describes how such technology is allowing organisations like the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency to test ways of improving soldiers' mental alertness and capabilities. It may also allow soldiers to operate weaponry remotely through mind-machine interfaces, the report says.

Other research could be used to design gases and electronics that temporarily disable enemy forces. This potentially violates human rights, through interference with thought processes, and opens up the threat of indiscriminate killing. The panel highlights the time that Russian security forces ended a hostage siege in a Moscow theatre in 2002 by filling the venue with fentanyl, an anaesthetic gas. Along with the perpetrators, 125 hostages died.

The Chemical Weapons Convention is vague about whether such incapacitants are legal. Ambiguities like this must be ironed out, say the panellists."

Think fluoride, aspartame, anti depressants, anti psychotics, sleeping pills, television, 3D cinema and normal cinema, mobile phones, wi-fi , cigarrettes, alcohol, etc

Even domestic electricity interferes with the formation of brain waves and makes people edgy for no apparent reason

Appart from that, human hybrids as in people that puts cybernetic chips on themselves, is alredy a reality. That is going to be yet another influencing factor on the human morphogenetic field IMHO

We all need to get away from looking at other nations as our enemies. THAT'S where the problem lies. The only enemies we have are the politicians and the military industrial complexes who justify making new ways to kill people. They're definitely out of control. And if anyone needs to be "regulated more closely" it's them and the ones who buy their destructive toys. What needs to improve are not soldiers or their murder toys. It's finding ways to bring about peace and harmony. Get rid of all militaries and the weapons makers and the warmongerers.
I definitely don't side with these killer-minded people.

Yes im a product of biological-warfare myself, its ruined my life, however i choose to stay postive most of the time, sleeps meds they are nothing to me now, they dont even do what they are supposed to do anymore. What gets me is how nobody seems able to do anything to stop all this happening, i mean actively, i extremly debilatated, i can't even write a strongly worded letter without tiering myself too much, i have to do it in draft little by little, typing is much easier. Also seems to be happening is we are being desentised to all this, all this love/light stuff, what is it doing to stop all this suffering. I feel sorry for mothers,familys, sons that get lost in these wars, what are they over? What are we fighting for? What is it all about, surely understanding why? I think this is why the WWW is the biggest evil known to man, it has stopped us all actively doing things, instead we all chat on the internet about the latests horrors about the PTB. There is no peacemaking happening, no common sense anymore, its as if GOD if you beleive in GOD just had enough of us all, or ONE CONSIOUSNESS or whatever it is we sprang from, he had enough of us all squabbling and cast us out of his body, maybe we are all parasites, thats why they call it a SYSTEM, we are all feeding of it MONEY, if we were really surviving of our own accord, we would not buy produce wed make it, we would not buy a house wed make one, etc etc, & free energy people is LOVE, thats the magic quota, LOVE.

Love gives you heat when you are cold as you cuddle up to a loved one, love gives you light from darkness when light is needed, two hearts ignite the darkness, love can build a home, love can give you food, nutrition, love is all we all need. Its not a case of things feeding of our souls, nothing can feed off of a pure heart, as there is nothing to feed off, negativity, dark emotions are what these dimensional beings feed off, however they are not affecting our souls, the are killing our brain cells and eating up our hearts, as without hope, all light goes out x

I fell for the lies as you did, but we both have seen the "light", haven't we? Do you think TPTW care anything about anyone's sacrifices? They know they've deceived us all, but that doesn't stop them from lying again. You're right that people are being intentionally desensitized to the suffering of others. It's no accident that these wars on terror are being waged with joysticks and remote weapons . When no one has to look their "supposed" enemy in the eyes before they slaughter them, then there won't be any guilt. Then horrific things can be done in the name of "God and country". My hope is that people finally realize that we're not enemies to each other. The true enemies are TPTW who do it all in the name of power and profit.
Love and light really are very powerful against darkness. It takes alittle longer for them to overcome it because they abide by Universal Laws and principles; whereas darkness has no qualms about violating them.
