Havn't watch the video (can't right at the moment).
My general view (what else is there?) is that what we refer to as war is really violence that we extend out from ourselves.
Violence doesn't happen without people doing it (another way to see it).
In order to end all violence, you have to delete it from your own experience of self. But first you have to experience self so you can accomplish this.
I doubt one can happen without the other is all.
I mean you can patch up humanity, brighten it all up with all kinds of rhetoric, but the reality stays the same (till we change our own behaviors/patterns ourselves....so not because someone found a way for everyone, at the same time, to settle all their scores (with others), but because we each individually decided we had enough and did something about it).
