Hi...

This might not mean so much to you all here, but for me it was like finding a long lost sister.
We share experience and information, I know this forum are the best and I love you all. But it's hard to beat a face to face conversation.

Still I need your help, or should I say our sister need help.
I have paying a lot of attention to my dreams this last year and I have even had a few lucid dreams.
Having said that, I'm far from an expert on the lucid dreaming subject.

Ok here it goes...

Our sister here started to meditate and ended up lucid in a dream (Lucid dreaming is awareness of the fact that you are dreaming)
But the weird thing was, she could not get out!! She was walking the streets not far from her home, she could feel something was off.
But she was not 100% sure, so she walked home. At home she found no familiar faces, the people occupying her home still claimed
to be her family. Her dream family tried to explain to her that her daughters baby have just been killed by a truck who ran over the baby
and she was going to get help at a psychiatric clinic.

This was obviously too much, so she tried to wake herself up.
Pinching herself, stamping her feet, clapping hands together. Nothing workt!!
She left her house in panic, back out on the street there was two ladies walking.
With only one thing on her mind, this is not real I must wake up!! She start attack the two innocent ladies, but she did not get the response she was expecting.
The two ladies defended themselves and she ended up asking for forgivness.

She walked the streets crying and everything was upside down, finally she was back in our reality and over 1 hour had past when she looked at her clock.

I understand that this experience was needed and she was not suppose to wake up, but let's say for future adventures.
Have anybody ever heard anything like this?? and tips how to wake up, is much appriciated...

Without her real identity I can't remote view her to find out what happen to her (myself).
Best guess is she had a psychotic episode....which in one way, re-moved from her some of her identity, so she could start to be whom she came to be.

At least she didn't do this in her home organism/physical presence (looks like she moved into a parallel version of herself so she could 'act' it out there instead of here....where she would be permanently seen as 'deranged).

first thing that comes to me.

Old fashioned rational here: She (our sister in post1), has generally been trying to learn and to rebuild her sense of spiritual conciousness according to some principles. She eventually wonders about things and test her principles in this lucid dream. She dreams and refers back to these priciples, only to find some questionability there. There seems to be an unacceptable, unlivable aspect. A conflict between some principle and her actual self. It seems impossible to resolve and to live with this realization. The latest expected rebirthing within her own life is dead.

I'm a do-it-yourself person, depending very little on any help form professionals. At a young age, i learned to face things as they are and not decorate perceptions of reality. Changing reality or upgrading skills demands disciplines without window-dressing. So my approach would be to find out exactly which parts are window-dressing and which parts are her real attributes, her real skills, her actual perceptions, etc....

If sorting out her actual attributes and evaluating where she wants to go with consciousness all goes well... She may then go somewhere better from there.

Hey <8>
Not being able to vacate lucid dreams has happened to me plenty of times..
I have learnt to use an anchor. By this, I mean your sis needs to establish
a physical anchor in her bedroom.... I use my wife ...no seriously I do.
I have dreams within dreams within dreams much like the movie inception.
Much of this is training that we have not yet needed to understand yet... but it is
I have been lucid dreaming in situations that most would consider a nightmare or worse
and when I feel I have lost control but realise im dreaming I do 2 things..
I test the environment to establish I am dreaming. i.e drive a car into something.
Then when I realise I dont like what is happening I concentrate on my anchor...my wife.
It works and I wake up in my bed.
