Sabbatean mafia plans to stage nuclear terror, blame North Korea.

The Sabbatean mafia that illegally seized control in the West is planning to stage nuclear terror attacks and blame them on North Korea, intelligence agency sources say. Google chief Eric Schmidt and basketball start Dennis Rodman recently visited North Korea as envoys of US President Barak Obama, MI6 and Japan-based North Korean sources say (shortly after Schmidt’s visit to North Korea, there was an attack on South Korean banking and media websites that was originally blamed on North Korea and China turns out to have originated in the US, most likely courtesy of Google).

The visits were aimed at encouraging North Korea to make nuclear provocations so that it could later be plausibly blamed for nuclear terrorist attacks carried out by the Sabbatean mafia, the sources say. To under-score this, the Mossad linked website Debka.com had an article last week that basically threatened a North Korean nuclear terror attack unless Israeli interests were served.

However, a White Dragon Foundation delegation to Seoul was recently shown photographs of large amounts of gold for sale supposedly held at a secret location in South Korea. Barkan is a short, solid built, Caucasian male, has thick black hair, an American accent, said he was from Washington DC, worked for a windows and doors company, and was in New Zealand to do a sailing course. This weekend, international Non-Government-Organisations, including Global Protect All Children, have gathered for a conference in Tokyo Japan to discuss a crisis involving North Korean refugees.

Information was released at the conference suggesting Israeli agents, including Barkan, had entered into North Korea under the guise of security consultants to help North Korea build a “security wall” to keep its people in.

Overnight (New Zealand time), in an address to the conference, a senior NGO chief executive with Global-Protect All Children said: “Barkan is there (In Pyongyang) negotiating details of an extensive contract for design and technical equipment to support (a security wall) project, including- but by no means limited to – Israeli produced motion sensors and night vision equipment.”

In discussions with Scoop, the chief executive said: “Barkan flew from Beijing to Pyongyang at the end of April. He was allegedly travelling on a Canadian passport issued in the name of Kevin Hunter, which had been reported stolen at the Canadian Consulate in the Southern Chinese city of Guangzhou in mid April.”

It is believed North Korean and Israeli experts are conducting a “feasibility study” on the construction of a security fence along the 1500 KM North Korea China border. Brussels based NGO contacts attached to Human Rights Without Frontiers tipped off other NGOs to the North Korean plans.

Scoop contacts with intelligence connections in Asia, said Barkan was also connected to an Israeli security company operating out of Thailand.

On Thursday July 15, two Israeli men suspected of being involved in an Israeli intelligence passport acquiring scam were sentenced to six months imprisonment respectively in the Auckland High Court.

Uriel Zoshe Kelman and Eli Cara had earlier pleaded guilty to charges of attempting to illegally gain a New Zealand passport.

New Zealand High Court Judge, Justice Judith Potter, said: “It’s difficult to see why anyone would want a false New Zealand passport unless it was intended to be used in a way ancillary to some other offending.” She said: “That offending is likely to be serious or perhaps very serious.”

Cara and Kelman, were also ordered to pay a combined NZ $100,000 to a cerebral palsy charity.

The two men were suspected of being aligned to a Mossad ring seeking to illegally obtain a New Zealand passport for a third man, know as Zev Barkan. Barkan had fled the country prior to a police sting in March that ended in the arrest of Kelman and Cara as they tried to collect a passport in the name of a wheelchair-bound cerebral palsy victim.

After the sentencing, [the then] New Zealand Prime Minister Helen Clark said there were very strong reasons to believe that the two Israelis convicted on charges relating to a fraudulent attempt to obtain a New Zealand passport were acting on behalf of Israel’s intelligence services.

“Israel is a country with which New Zealand has long had friendly relations. The New Zealand government views the act carried out by the Israeli intelligence agents as not only utterly unacceptable but also a breach of New Zealand sovereignty and international law. The Israeli agents attempted to demean the integrity of the New Zealand passport system and could have created considerable difficulties for New Zealanders presenting their passports overseas in future,” Helen Clark said.

She added: “New Zealand condemns without reservation these actions by agencies of the Israel government. The Israel government was asked for an explanation and an apology three months ago. Neither has been received.”

As a result, New Zealand moved to sever ties with Israel.

The move included:
• New Zealand suspending high-level visits from and to Israel;
• Any approach by Israel for its head of state, President Katsov, to visit New Zealand in August, in association with a proposed visit to Australia, to be declined;
• Israelis visiting New Zealand in any official government capacity will be required to apply for visas;
• Foreign Ministry consultations with Israel, due later this year, will be suspended;
• Approval for appointment of the new Israeli ambassador will be delayed and accreditation visits to Israel suspended meantime;
• Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade officials, and Ministers, will observe strict constraints on contact with Israel’s honorary consuls.

“As will be apparent from these steps, the breach of New Zealand laws and sovereignty by agents of the Israeli government has seriously strained our relationship with Israel,” Helen Clark said.

Police found that Kelman, Cara and another two individuals had been operating in Auckland since November 2003. Cara had traveled in and out of New Zealand 24 times since October 2000.

The water is to incredibly muddied up since at least 1998 that any/all intel is some ratio Info/Dis-Info and no operational intel is 100% anymore. But it is good to have several "White Hat's" sources leaking pieces of the puzzle for us to put together (Or distract us with).

Two people in China have died after being infected with H7N9 avian influenza - a sub-type that had not previously been transmitted to humans - the government said Sunday. An 87-year-old man in Shanghai fell ill on February 19 and died on March 4, while a man aged 27 in the city got sick on February 27 and died on March 10, the National Health and Family Planning Commission said on its website. A 35-year-old woman in the eastern province of Anhui became ill on March 9 and is in critical condition, it said. All three initially suffered fever and coughs but later developed severe pneumonia and problems with breathing, according to the announcement. The three cases were confirmed Saturday to be infections with the H7N9 sub-strain after the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Preservation had separated it from body samples the day before, the commission said. The route of infection remained unknown although nothing unusual was detected among 88 people close to the victims, the commission said. The H7N9 strain had not been transmitted to humans before, it added. In a separate release, the commission said there are currently no vaccines against H7N9. China is considered one of the nations most at risk from bird flu because it has the world's biggest poultry population and many chickens in rural areas are kept close to humans. China has in the past been accused of covering up the extent of bird flu outbreaks, exacerbating fears when new cases are reported.

A grim report prepared for President Putin by Health Minister Dr. Veronika Skvortsova on the growing pandemic in China is now warning that a “global mass death event” is currently underway as the spread of the H7N9 avian flu virus continues to grow and shows no signs of stopping anytime soon.

Keiji Fukuda, the WHO’s assistant director-general for health security, further stated: “The situation remains complex and difficult and evolving. When we look at influenza viruses, this is an unusually dangerous virus for humans.”

International flu virology expert, John Oxford from Queen Mary University in London, also, told the Reuters News Service this past week that the emergence of this completely new strain of bird flu infection in humans was “very, very unsettling.” This new strain is, in fact, a mixture of three different types of bird flu variants and “seems to have been quietly spreading in chickens without anyone knowing about it,” he said. This has likely been going on for at least two years.

Professor Oxford is to be especially noted in this crisis, Health Minister Skvortsova says in her report, as aside from being one of world authorities on epidemics, he warned last October (2012) of a coming “Armageddon Virus” he said would be an animal-originated pandemic that would hit the world within the next five years, with potentially cataclysmic effects on the human race.

To the most likely culprit in the rise of this new H7N9 virus, this report continues, is a newly discovered toxic gene identified by EU scientists and found hidden in genetically modified crops found in China, and almost all of North America, which have been used for animal fodder.

The EU's official food watchdog, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), first notified the world of dangerous substance, identified as Gene VI, this past January (2013) with it top scientists warning that “This situation represents a complete and catastrophic system failure,” and that “There are clear indications that this viral gene might not be safe for human consumption. It also may disturb the normal functioning of crops, including their natural pest resistance,” and “A reasonable concern is that the protein produced by Gene VI might be a human toxin. This is a question that can only be answered by future experiments.”

Important to understand, Health Minister Skvortsova says in her report, is that the genetic modification process for these crops involves inserting genes into the plants using a technique that allows them to piggyback on viruses that are commonly found in the soil and plants. It has been assumed by Western scientists, she continues, that virus genes are not present in the plant once it is grown in the field and reaches consumers and/or farm animals.

In the events now occurring in China, however, she says, the Gene VI toxin has apparently mutated these otherwise naturally occurring viruses, which are then ingested by pigs and poultry through their eating of these genetically modified crops, than have further mutated to produce the deadly H7N9 avian flu virus.

Even worse she continues, the multiple organ failures being reported from those having died from the H7N9 virus “exactly mirrors” the 19 studies linking these genetically modified crops and foods to human and animal organ disruption.

As this new H7N9 pandemic continues to spread across China, Health Minister Skvortsova gravely concludes in her report, and with its beginnings now traced to genetic manipulations of crops and foods ingested by both animals and humans, and with it already having killed thousands, if not millions of animals already, a “global cycle of mass death” appears all but inevitable as these monstrous new man made toxins and viruses have now taken on a life of their own...

My understanding is that the joint chiefs of staff of the Pentagon are the best hope for restoring the US Republic and freeing the American people. What they need to understand is that it is not going to be any court case that will settle the problem.

If the American people are to be freed, the military need to temporarily take over the key centers of power. Three more major terrorist incidents threatened after Boston and Texas

An earthquake in California is another possibility. Places associated with the Clintons include Georgetown University and Little Rock, Arkansas.
What remains to be seen though, is a pentagon move into the Washington D.C. cesspool of corruption. Clearly the Department of Homeland Security, the FBI and the Justice Department have been implicated in the Boston terror attack against the American people.

We still live in a 3D world were money is mostly necessary to survive for most of us. So Yes Ben is wanting money in exchange for his information. I have no issue with that and support that.

I subscribed to his reports for about 3 years. Then I ended my subscription because I felt I had done my part in supporting him. I could live without his reports however like reading them.

I would think that one with such information would give it freely with positive intention allowing humanity to become part of the change. According to this source, Iijima asked the North Koreans if they would be willing to host 1 million Sabbatean refugees expected to want to leave Europe and the United States soon and was told no. This story about 1 million refugees looking for a place to go after leaving the United States has propped up repeatedly and from enough different sources that it seems to stem from a genuine belief that 1 million people will be asked to leave the US once the truth about what has been done by them to the American people is made public. My sources say they will not be allowed to leave but will have to face the music (ie be sent to the Fema camps they prepared for others).....

The Asians all seem to be waiting for some sort of major event in the United States that will allow the map of North East Asia to be fundamentally redrawn.

There are indications everywhere now that the tide has turned decisively against the Satanic Sabbatean cabal and its plans for a family controlled fascist New World Order global dictatorship. For example, Pope Francis is expected to make a speech on the subject of financial tyranny and the global collateral accounts when he visits South America in June, according to a senior P2 Freemason Lodge member.

I don't find Fulford to be crazy at all. At least no more so than anyone else. In fact, I find him to be in a position where he is receiving information from multiple sources and having to parse and generalize according to that information against his voluminous knowledge of finances and Asian culture and I find he does a good job of it as well. He finds linkages and draws conclusions while retaining a certain journalistic aplomb as he is well aware that the information he shares is 'behind the scenes' and, therefore, not in the mainstream news.

I doubt many of us have access to the resources he does. Or, the talent to parse them in a way that aligns with an overriding conspiratorial narrative that not only makes sense, but also explains much of the more oceanic shifts that we actually do see signs of in the mainstream media.

Ben's "newsletter" is always interesting. I always enjoy reading it as it stimulates "speculations" on my part and I experience his postings as primarily "entertaining."

This guy has been giving us good news which are very accurate as far as I can see. More credible than icke and jones. For one I read his story about how he came to be the front person of WDS on nexus, which the WDS don't deny either. It makes sense to me. We knew that whistle blowers are targeted by the cabal and this means that icke and jones and others with out the backing of a powerful organization such us the WDS should have been gone by now. This is what makes me doubt the authenticity of icke and jones while also giving points to BF. Chinese researchers speculate that Influenza A(H7N9) could cause a severe pandemic
In an article entitled, Epidemiological and risk analysis of the H7N9 subtype influenza outbreak in China at its early stage published in the Chinese Science Bulletin, Chinese researchers review the case data on human A(H7N9) infections and conclude that there is high risk of A(H7N9) causing a pandemic. They speculate that such a pandemic would be severe and have a higher mortality rate than the recent 2009 H1N1 pandemic.

In light of the above considerations, we think that the H7N9 outbreak is severe, and it is likely to become very or extremely severe in the future, highlighting the emergent need of forceful scientific measures, such as building enough stockpile of H7N9 vaccine for human use in case the pandemic really occurs. . . .We do not exclude completely the possibility that the H7N9 will disappear naturally, or maintain its low pathogenicity in birds and limited transmission ability in humans for a long period, without forceful scientific control measures. However, such a mild scenario of the outbreak evolution is of less possibility than the very or extremely severe scenario describe above. The main reason is that some random mutations leading to the improved adaption of the virus to humans will emerge naturally during its long existence in humans, as the virus usually evolves rapidly. These mutants will become dominant by natural selection as they are more adaptive in humans. They thus may spread in humans rapidly and can spark a deadly pandemic. Similarly, the H7N9 virus of low pathogenicity in birds is more likely to become highly pathogenic through natural selection. . .

China is a relatively open and free country as long as you don't f*** with their national interests, foreign agents could easily mix into the market places and release any toxic agent they wanted... same thing that happened in Mexico I think...

In Japan, for example, it was recently discovered that a very large percentage of graduates from Japan’s elite military academies had married Chinese agents. Then of course there is the well-known story about former Prime Minister Ryutaro Hashimoto and his Chinese spy girlfriend. I actually met her once and can say she seemed charming and attractive. Of course Hashimoto died from a poison that was inserted into his anus, although it is not believed his Chinese girlfriend was the one who administered it.

That is not the case, however, with Kim Jong Il, who was killed, according to several different sources, by a stroke inducing poison administered to him anally by a Swedish female agent. In any case, all I can say is that when dealing in bed with such agents, is to watch your ass.

My personal encounters with female agents have been very educational, to say the least.

First of all, I must admit that for much of my reporting career, the thought of female agents never really crossed my mind as something that really existed. However, now that I think about it, when I was working with Forbes one of my scoops was to report that North Korea had an atomic bomb. Shortly after writing about this, a former Miss North Korea began approaching me and tried to become my lover. It never occurred to me at the time that our encounter may not have been a coincidence.

By now, though, I have learned to be thoroughly suspicious of rare beauties who throw themselves upon me.

Once my colleagues started being murdered and I became involved in secret societies who offered me protection, I started to wise up about female agents too.

In one case, after making a lecture in Japan, a man with a beautiful woman at his side approached me telling me he was friends with Adnan Khashoggi, the arms dealer. He gave me a book in French called “The Egyptian Origin of the Jews.”

In any case, his gorgeous female companion started making moves on me. Once she lured me into an apartment where she got totally naked in front of me. Now, I am not so naïve as to believe a beautiful woman associated with a major arms dealer suddenly fell in love with me and got her dressed again by telling her that I had herpes and do not use condoms. In any case, she told me an unusual tale that I will pass on here without judgement. She claims to have been kidnapped by giants who carried out experiments on her womb. Her descriptions of these giants were very close to descriptions of the Annunaki reported on occult web sites.

In another case, the daughter of Masaru Takumi, the former number 2 boss and head of financial affairs for the Yamaguchi Gumi yakuza syndicate approached me, also after a public speaking engagement. She had knowledge of my sexual preferences that could only have been gleaned by somebody eavesdropping on my most intimate moments. I declined her offers of intimacy but, curious, I spent time with her socially. What stands out the most about my meeting with her is the fact that she insisted on meeting with me on the evening of March 10th, 2011. She said she wanted to take me to a special Japanese style chiropractor. The man we went to see was not the one she expected. He introduced himself as a ninja and wrapped a long piece of cloth covered in black powder around my lower back, telling me it was a herbal preparation and that I was to leave it on all night. It felt bad and I took it off as soon as I got home. Also that evening, Takumi’s daughter told me that she had to set the alarm on my mobile phone to ring at 11 AM on March 11. That was the day of the nuclear and tsunami terror attack against Japan. I am pretty sure she was hired by J. Rockefeller.

The most memorable of all the female agents, however, has to be the North Korean woman I will refer to as T. She also showed up at my speaking engagements on multiple occasions and we became friends after I sat beside her on a train on my way home from such an engagement (it turns out she was sent to live at the next stop from mine to make such a train ride possible).

T was a remarkable but troubled young woman. She had been beaten so badly by an uncle during her childhood that she required reconstructive plastic surgery on her face twice. Her former lover was a professional killer who had killed over 80 people and she told me enough inside detail (which I passed on to the police) about famous unsolved murders for me to believe this was true. She ended up telling me a lot about the people who were operating against me. She says she had been shown a file about me that was as thick as a phone book that tried to portray me as a drug addled, insane pervert (if only my private life were so interesting). According to her, after the cabal failed to murder me, they had planned to bankrupt me and drive me into suicide. Her job had been to chase away all my close associates and then abandon me, leaving me friendless.

She also introduced me to a supposed family of hers that turns out to have been a bunch of actors playing the role of her family.

One time I got her pregnant and we were planning to marry and have the child. She was 5 months pregnant when she was called suddenly to Nepal to stay at the house of a close associate of the Dalai Lama. There she was drugged, started bleeding intensely from her womb and woke up in a hospital after being unconscious for 24 hours. She was no longer pregnant. There is a whole book to be written about this young lady but suffice it to say I realized we would both remain in danger if we kept seeing each other. When this is all over, I will find her again. I will also personally seek out the Dalai Lama and seek a full explanation for why his thugs in Nepal did what they did. The man is a criminal pretending to be a great religious figure. He will get his justice.

All I can say is that love and international intrigue do not mix well.

What dose anyone know of this man? He is researched and interviewed by David Wilcock who also researched, contacted and interviewed Winston Shrout... whom I just posted an article about his new website making reference to all thing the ET presence here on earth, (but that's another story!!!)

But there is a connection because Keenan did have some correspondence with Winston on the issue of establishing liens as a maneuver in the commercial world to bring attention to the financial skullduggery that has been going on for the last hundred years (or more)

Real Life Assassins and Their Role

The reason I got to know many professional killers first hand was because I have worked for a long time as a financial journalist. Just listened to reports about Amazon UK and the mean spirited way they treat employees. It makes one distrustful of multinational corporations and their psychopathic lack of human values.

I think posting links to Fulford's full posts on other sites is just as immoral. Especially since we have been warn about posting the entire posts which are available for a fee online. Seems as if corporations and individuals are just the same: find a way around regulations so you aren't illegal...... but what has happened to morals and ethics?

In the old days if you stole gum or some trinket from a store, mom would take you to the store and have you apologize and return the item. One time was usually enough to instill the family's values.

But since the 1950's values seem to have changed: cheat on your taxes, steal pens and paper from your employer, laugh inside at your "success" if a cashier gave you too much change.

I seemed to notice a change in the 1970's; everything was me, me and what I can get away with. Has our popular culture just bred this into our society? Am I just out of touch with reality?

Despite a request that I not be contacted unless it was urgent, phone calls from Asia and Europe and messages hand delivered to my remote cottage all indicate that some sort of fundamental change has taken place in the global power structure. In any case, the White Dragon Society has suggested to bond holders that there is no need to sell bonds with a face value of trillions of dollars for a fraction of what they are worth. Instead, the WDS will meet with representatives of the Feds, of Asian Secret Societies, of the illuminati and the committee of 300 in the autumn to try to come up with a win-win solution for everybody. In the meantime, it is recommended that people enjoy the rest of their holidays and charge their batteries for what is likely to be a historical fall in more than one sense.

The big delay so far has not been any love for the people in charge but rather disagreement over what will happen next. Those disagreements are now ending. There are still no firm dates for when the big, visible changes will happen but they will happen.

There are nuggets of truth in his newsletters. I remember disparaging him and 'writing him off' because he said the pope was going to resign, plus various heads of royal families (all evidence showed that these are the very people who will hang on through illness, madness, being comatose even ... they do not resign because god appoints them for life). He was right; it was just his timing that was wrong. Unfortunately he has a style of writing that makes him sound as if he has lost grip of reality, and often like someone having a manic bipolar episode, but those nuggets are there in his newsletters. Besides, posting his newsletter is not promoting him, but offering it for perusal and discussion, if anyone does want to have a debate about what he is saying.

By the way, I have never come across a psychic, channeler, remote viewer, future events analyst, and so on, who gets the timing right (or, get it right on such a few occasions that it seems like random coincidence). Odd that.

Russian President, Saudi Spy Chief Discussed Syria, Egypt

A diplomatic report about the “stormy meeting” in July between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Saudi intelligence chief Prince Bandar bin Sultan concluded that the region stretching from North Africa to Chechnya and from Iran to Syria — in other words, the entire Middle East — has come under the influence of an open US-Russian face-off and that “it is not unlikely that things [will] take a dramatic turn in Lebanon, in both the political and security senses, in light of the major Saudi decision to respond to Hezbollah’s involvement in the Syrian crisis.”

The report starts by presenting the conditions under which the Russian-Saudi meeting was convened. It states that Prince Bandar, in coordination with the Americans and some European partners, proposed to Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz that Bandar visit Moscow and employ the carrot-and-stick approach, which is used in most negotiators, and offer the Russian leadership political, economic, military and security enticements in return for concessions on several regional issues, in particular Syria and Iran.

King Abdullah agreed with the proposal and contacted President Putin on July 30. In a conversation that lasted only a few minutes, they agreed to Bandar’s visit and to keep it under wraps. Bandar arrived in Moscow. The visit was secret. The Saudi Embassy did not follow the usual protocol for Saudi officials visiting Russia.

In Moscow, a preliminary session was held at Russian military intelligence headquarters between Bandar and the director of Russian Military Intelligence, Gen. Igor Sergon. The meeting focused on security cooperation between the two countries. Bandar then visited Putin’s house on the outskirts of the Russian capital, where they held a closed-door bilateral meeting that lasted four hours. They discussed the agenda, which consisted of bilateral issues and a number of regional and international matters in which the two countries share interest.

Bilateral relations

At the bilateral level, Bandar relayed the Saudi king’s greetings to Putin and the king’s emphasis on the importance of developing the bilateral relationship. He also told Putin that the king would bless any understanding reached during the visit. Bandar also said, however, that “any understanding we reach in this meeting will not only be a Saudi-Russian understanding, but will also be an American-Russian understanding. I have spoken with the Americans before the visit, and they pledged to commit to any understandings that we may reach, especially if we agree on the approach to the Syrian issue.”

Bandar stressed the importance of developing relations between the two countries, saying that the logic of interests can reveal large areas of cooperation. He gave several examples in the economic, investment, oil and military arenas.

Bandar told Putin, “There are many common values ​​and goals that bring us together, most notably the fight against terrorism and extremism all over the world. Russia, the US, the EU and the Saudis agree on promoting and consolidating international peace and security.The terrorist threat is growing in light of the phenomena spawned by the Arab Spring. We have lost some regimes. And what we got in return were terrorist experiences, as evidenced by the experience of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and the extremist groups in Libya. ... As an example, I can give you a guarantee to protect the Winter Olympics in the city of Sochi on the Black Sea next year. The Chechen groups that threaten the security of the games are controlled by us, and they will not move in the Syrian territory’s direction without coordinating with us. These groups do not scare us.We use them in the face of the Syrian regime but they will have no role or influence in Syria’s political future.”

Putin thanked King Abdullah for his greetings and Bandar for his exposition, but then he said to Bandar, “We know that you have supported the Chechen terrorist groups for a decade. And that support, which you have frankly talked about just now, is completely incompatible with the common objectives of fighting global terrorism that you mentioned. We are interested in developing friendly relations according to clear and strong principles.”

Bandar said that the matter is not limited to the kingdom and that some countries have overstepped the roles drawn for them, such as Qatar and Turkey. He added, “We said so directly to the Qataris and to the Turks. We rejected their unlimited support to the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and elsewhere. The Turks’ role today has become similar to Pakistan’s role in the Afghan war. We do not favor extremist religious regimes, and we wish to establish moderate regimes in the region. It is worthwhile to pay attention to and to follow up on Egypt’s experience. We will continue to support the [Egyptian] army, and we will support Defense Minister Gen. Abdel Fattah al-Sisi because he is keen on having good relations with us and with you. And we suggest to you to be in contact with him, to support him and to give all the conditions for the success of this experiment. We are ready to hold arms deals with you in exchange for supporting these regimes, especially Egypt.”

Economic and oil cooperation

Then Bandar discussed the potential cooperation between the two countries if an understanding could be reached on a number of issues, especially Syria. He discussed at length the matter of oil and investment cooperation, saying, “Let us examine how to put together a unified Russian-Saudi strategy on the subject of oil. The aim is to agree on the price of oil and production quantities that keep the price stable in global oil markets. ... We understand Russia’s great interest in the oil and gas present in the Mediterranean Sea from Israel to Cyprus through Lebanon and Syria. And we understand the importance of the Russian gas pipeline to Europe. We are not interested in competing with that. We can cooperate in this area as well as in the areas of establishing refineries and petrochemical industries. The kingdom can provide large multi-billion-dollar investments in various fields in the Russian market. What’s important is to conclude political understandings on a number of issues, particularly Syria and Iran.”

Putin responded that the proposals about oil and gas, economic and investment cooperation deserve to be studied by the relevant ministries in both countries.

Syria first

Bandar discussed the Syrian issue at length. He explained how the kingdom’s position had evolved on the Syrian crisis since the Daraa incident all the way to what is happening today. He said, “The Syrian regime is finished as far as we and the majority of the Syrian people are concerned. [The Syrian people] will not allow President Bashar al-Assad to remain at the helm. The key to the relations between our two countries starts by understanding our approach to the Syrian issue. So you have to stop giving [the Syrian regime] political support, especially at the UN Security Council, as well as military and economic support. And we guarantee you that Russia’s interests in Syria and on the Mediterranean coast will not be affected one bit. In the future, Syria will be ruled by a moderate and democratic regime that will be directly sponsored by us and that will have an interest in understanding Russia's interests and role in the region.”

Russia’s intransigence is to Iran’s benefit

Bandar also presented Saudi Arabia’s views about Iran’s role in the region, especially in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Yemen, Bahrain and other countries. He said he hoped that the Russians would understand that Russia's interests and the interests of the Gulf states are one in the face of Iranian greed and nuclear challenge.

Putin gave his country’s position on the Arab Spring developments, especially about what has happened in Libya, saying, “We are very concerned about Egypt. And we understand what the Egyptian army is doing. But we are very cautious in approaching what’s happening because we are afraid that things may slide toward an Egyptian civil war, which would be too costly for the Egyptians, the Arabs and the international community. I wanted to do a brief visit to Egypt. And the matter is still under discussion.”

Regarding Iran, Putin said to Bandar that Iran is a neighbor, that Russia and Iran are bound by relations that go back centuries, and that there are common and tangled interests between them. Putin said, “We support the Iranian quest to obtain nuclear fuel for peaceful purposes. And we helped them develop their facilities in this direction. Of course, we will resume negotiations with them as part of the 5P+1 group. I will meet with President Hassan Rouhani on the sidelines of the Central Asia summit and we will discuss a lot of bilateral, regional and international issues. We will inform him that Russia is completely opposed to the UN Security Council imposing new sanctions on Iran. We believe that the sanctions imposed against Iran and Iranians are unfair and that we will not repeat the experience again.”

Erdogan to visit Moscow in September

Regarding the Turkish issue, Putin spoke of his friendship with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan; “Turkey is also a neighboring country with which we have common interests. We are keen to develop our relations in various fields. During the Russian-Turkish meeting, we scrutinized the issues on which we agree and disagree. We found out that we have more converging than diverging views. I have already informed the Turks, and I will reiterate my stance before my friend Erdogan, that what is happening in Syria necessitates a different approach on their part. Turkey will not be immune to Syria’s bloodbath. The Turks ought to be more eager to find a political settlement to the Syrian crisis. We are certain that the political settlement in Syria is inevitable, and therefore they ought to reduce the extent of damage. Our disagreement with them on the Syrian issue does not undermine other understandings between us at the level of economic and investment cooperation. We have recently informed them that we are ready to cooperate with them to build two nuclear reactors. This issue will be on the agenda of the Turkish prime minister during his visit to Moscow in September.”

As soon as Putin finished his speech, Prince Bandar warned that in light of the course of the talks, things were likely to intensify, especially in the Syrian arena, although he appreciated the Russians’ understanding of Saudi Arabia’s position on Egypt and their readiness to support the Egyptian army despite their fears for Egypt's future.

The head of the Saudi intelligence services said that the dispute over the approach to the Syrian issue leads to the conclusion that “there is no escape from the military option, because it is the only currently available choice given that the political settlement ended in stalemate. We believe that the Geneva II Conference will be very difficult in light of this raging situation.”

At the end of the meeting, the Russian and Saudi sides agreed to continue talks, provided that the current meeting remained under wraps. This was before one of the two sides leaked it via the Russian press.

Tibetan Buddhism is the illuminant of the east, such a nicely kept secret. The dalai lama has even said himself that the beings that they worship and who control Tibet are the Preta (hungry ghosts), which are their versions of demons/entities. They are very into magic. I believe it to be some what like the masons, to the majority of the people in masonry they are doing something good and serving their fellow man and women. But if you are allowed to go up higher and higher you will begin to see that what you thought of masonry was just a front to hide a more sinister plan. Tibetan Buddhism is very much the same, I find it to be one of the paths with THE MOST traps that are very cleverly disguised. Not to many people see it for what it is, but this is just my opinion. I want to add; I am a student of Vipassana which are the original teachings of the Buddha. I have nothing against Buddhist at all, I hope its not taken that way.

Thanks Camilo for that post. It is interesting, last month I was asked to research the Philippines for the caches purported to be there, that yes, no giant treasure caves, but small caches distributed in many places. To the tune that some investors have actually thought about floating a billion $ bond to obtain the key sites.. So somebody out there still seems to be pushing the global finances. One of the same groups that had discussed with me the potential for such treasure troves (which would definitely upset the economies) had mention that there is very successful power generation systems being created that are proven to be slightly above unity (greater than 100% efficiency). I was told that such products were being withheld until the right time. Obviously that right time seems to be coming from those out there jockeying around for the right position to be in. At a meeting between cabal representatives and the White Dragon Society yesterday (September 30th) the cabal was able to gain a little breathing room by promising to distribute money for the benefit of humanity.

The cabal representatives showed up with a detailed and complex flow-chart showing the exact nature of the cabal governing structure and the names of the people involved. Close to the top of the chart could be found US National Security Adviser Susan Rice, Hillary Clinton, US Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel, CIA head John Brennan, as well as the Rothschild, Rockefeller, Morgan and Chinese dynastic families. Other institutions that featured prominently included the UN, the British Monarchy, the G7, the Bank for International Settlements etc. Only three copies of this chart are supposed to exist and the WDS was not allowed a copy in order to prevent other cabal members from identifying the person who showed the chart to the WDS.　The very top names were missing from the chart.

In any case, several prominent Asian power brokers were involved in setting up this meeting. For this reason, we can confirm it represented genuine cabal interests. The meeting was called in response to a plan by right wing power brokers in Japan to stage a coup d’etat against cabal rule.

The WDS proposed that while some existing cabal interests could be preserved, entirely new transparent financial structures, involving humanity as a whole, would be needed in order to prevent violent revolution and civil war in the US and other places. In response the cabal representatives said
