I forget now where I saw this in the forum server code, but there's a check somewhere on the maximum size of a file upload allowed, and based on the size of what attachments have been uploaded in the last couple of years (something I do happen to know how to check quickly), that check apparently is set to 2 MBytes (less than 2097152 bytes, I'd guess).

The most recent one that uploaded for you was less than this, and the one before that which failed to upload was larger than this.

Let me know if the next upload failure is also over 2 MBytes, and if it is, I will look harder to see where that "max file upload size" configuration option is set, and increase it. Disk space, on this scale, is no longer a significant issue ... I optimize forum disk space in units of GBytes, and don't waste my time fussing over puny MBytes anymore. Long gone are the times when I celebrated upgrading my 160KB (single-sided, single-density) 5.25-inch floppy disk drive to a 1.2 MB drive, amazed at their storage capacity compared to the 80 column Hollerith cards that I first learned on.

(I'd up that file size upload limit now, but I enjoy more writing tools to manage my personal many TByte disk drive farm than I do digging through forum configuration settings. <grin>)

That video first discrediting the "official" lone nut shooter on the roof narrative doesn't mean whatever alternative is presented next is credible, just because it's different.

The most plausible explanation I've seen so far as to why Charlie's shirt balloons up is that Charlie was wearing an ear piece in his right ear, with the wire wrapped behind his neck and down around his left side to his front, to a receiver and/or microphone on the inside of his shirt, below his front right collar bone.

When the incoming bullet entered near his right ear, that blew out that ear piece, causing it to pull on that wire, ballooning the front his shirt upward, even a little over the exit wound formed just a tenth of a second earlier, causing a little blood to be sprayed on the inside of his shirt where it was momentarily in the aim of fire of the exit wound blood squirting out, causing some blood splatter to appear on his shirt (from the inside) before the later, more obvious, blood squirting out from his neck could reach that same spot on the shirt, coming down on it, a second later.

I no longer hold to a theory that the murder was faked, by anyone, good or bad. I currently figure that Charlie was shot, real dead, real fast, by a marksman in some higher elevation of a building to Charlie's right. That's part of why we have no reports of anyone else to Charlie's left getting hit, as the bullet was fired on a downward trajectory, and ended up in the ground, short of people to Charlie's left.
