Speaking in a nationally televised interview with the CNN's "Fareed Zakaria GPS" show on Sunday, Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff General Martin Dempsey said, "We are of the opinion that Iran is a rational actor." I wish I could remember the circumstances and exactly what he said many years ago, but my jaw was on the floor. So incredibly off point and full of wild presumptions, along with a little Republican "truth".
