Ring formation in rain fall area, what's the cause?

This morning, checking the Japan Meteorological Agency weather site, I noticed this ring close to the Power plants in Fukui-prefecture which caught my attention. Could this be another Haa*rp ring ? I'm sure it's just affecting the atmosphere but it's bit concerning in that it's about 45km from a cluster of 17 Nuclear power plants in that region, one of them being the Monju fast breeder reactor.

A closer look at the area, I found a tower but not sure if such a small antenna tower can create rings like that.

OP... the attached item is a bit small to see what you're pointing out... but, if you see a 'ring', who am I to dispute? I wouldn't dismiss such an 'attack' by the 'powers'... Perhaps something to get Dutchsince to comment on?

I've spliced it into a few sections this time.
The antenna tower at the bottom of the picture is something I found roughly in around the center of the ring. Don't know if such an antenna could make such formations though.
At around 10:30am, the rings slowly dissolved away with the wind.

kumonituri, good observation and your concern is understandable. i was surprised to see so many reactors in such a small area. please send dutchsinse.com a message and get his perspective on the situation. by the way, your cat picture is adorable.

Yes... I see what you are describing now. It does seem to be a 'HAARP ring'... and, no, I don't believe it to be formed by that tower. It may be that they targeted the tower so as to make it appear that it was the culprit, when in fact, it was created by something else. That there are so many reactors in the area is astounding, and quite worrisome. True psychopathic behavior IMO.

The full story won't be told until the seismographic readings for that area are available. Again, a subject best suited to those who have the time, knowledge and resources to investigate. Perhaps this is something you can do? Godspeed to you!

These are strange HAARP rings I wonder if there is a ship nearby. Haarp rings seen in these areas oftem mean sever weather within 72 hours. I have seen countless cases proven true, Dutchsinse in USA and Weatherornut in AUS run many videos on this subject for you to look at.

Often you will fin in searching google earth there is a radar station below the ring.

Today's update of ring formation.　Same location, slightly larger than previous days.

Rings located near Fukushima Dai-Ichi Plant (circled yellow).
Seems like the airports may have something to do with the rings.
Searching inside where the rings are forming, we find Airports -- Sendai Airport and Akita Airport.
Hmm... strange, weather modifying airport radars? (Precipitation intensity greater for hours where rings are form).

One can scroll about half way to see the ring in Europe.

In any case, powerful apparatus is can be airborne, when and where instigators feel safe. No?

Why must it always be a HAARP ring? If there are Doppler radar stations in the center of that, those are considered to be an echo or artifact, you can see them all the time on Doppler systems, there are various reasons why they can be produced. Just throwing that out there. :D

Please point to electronic tech which discusses these images. I studied electronics a little and need to update.

Google images has a peculiar variety, each image coming from a webpage with differing theories....

Curiously though, these were not published generically in books from years ago.

Some recent update of ring formation, over coast of Fukui and right over Akita airport. Again, as always, rings are forming at their usual locations.
It's either turned ON or OFF, of course quite visible when it happens to be raining in that area.
Very strange.

Can anyone advise me on a SW that allows moving images on the PC screen be made to video? I'd like to show that these "rings" remain in form for over an hour while the surrounding cloud/rain formation drifts by.
