Bob 'n' weave, Bob 'n' weave.
Just like any seasoned fighter, Anonymous / Occupy & Co are giving the city of London corporation a fight of their lives, but I'm sure the city of London with its now swollen eye will use the old cheating tool "The Iron" to cut their way through to the next round.
So who owns what?
If the people own the land, will they evict the corrupt? And what about the back rent? Will charges of deception, fraud, theft, blackmail etc etc be thrown at the city of London corporation(s)? Remember, a corporation in the eyes of the corrupt has the same rights as a PERSON. That also means it can be punished under its own corrupt statutes.

This is a beautiful story. A man living on the streets for over 10 years now has claim to one of the most expensive areas in the world and actually legally this does have more legs than one may imagine. Often when the people become victims they do not realise there are legal avenues to 'fight' the situation, the devil is always in the detail so it pays to research legal avenues, which is far more possible for the common man with the onset of the internet

Absolutely brilliant, let's see the evil Bar Stewards in government wriggle their way out of this one.

cheers for the update Bryn ap Gwilym....an interesting legal twist.
back in the 1980s/1990s when the Women's Peace camp was in permenant residence around the Greenham Common USAF (Cruise Missile) Base....some peace-campers did research at the local library and discovered that the actual base was illegal and should have ceased to continue after WW2. The military base is no longer there.
It will be interesting to see how this legal challenge in London pans out.
The Artist Taxi Driver has something to say about the London Occupy protest...

That is a great issue for occupy to concentrate on. Reclaiming public lands makes sense especially when it is the City of London. The City is a wholly different entity than Britain but is held in trust for the people? Great job Occupy London!

Hi,
I wonder if this will catch on in other towns, cities & countries? Just how much more land is the govt & corporations sitting on as their own?
