Ok. I need to know what's going on.

Something strange has been happening to me ever since near the end of December 2011 and continues til' this day. When I fall asleep and wake up later in the early morning (like around 2 - 5 a.m.), sometimes I feel as though I'm engulfed in an aura that is flaring up. When I think about increasing this aura, it increases a lot... And my whole body begins heating up. Yeah, it's strange as heck but try to follow me here.

This happens a lot when I'm laying on my back and usually stops when I turn on my side. It also happens while I'm laying on my side but rarely. I also feel as though there's something inside my fibula (lower part of the left leg). Whatever it is, it's affected by what I think and it's probably the cause of whatever is going on.

This makes no sense to me. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest getting an X-Ray of the area. It might be a implant. Which , btw. Then if you do have one, you can de-activate it by shinning an UV-Light Beam on it. That Aura thing I think though might be separate and just part of the energies that are going all crazy this year. And, you awakening more.

when you start to connect with the earths consiousness it mostly start in your left foot going upward through your leg... its your femal side of your energy-system ... many persons can start to feel numbness or/with heat or/with pain, sometimes even feel something filling up... when you have balanced your self ... connect with the earth can go with really burning heat through both feets upward , many times just to your waist... to connect... you do not need to have your feets on the ground.... this can happens even if you are lying down on the second or third floor in a house and it can fill your aura beyond your waist.... this is my experiences... and solely my opinion to what can be the reason for your experiences...one reason why you experiences it during nights can be that your ordinairy perception is asleep and dont blocking yourself by fear of it...

Between 0200 and 0500am the normal sleeping body is at maximum "rest", which may make you sensitive to the increased background radiations.

I just wonder if these sensations you are having are part of the process of having a full out of body experience. The energies you are describing in your aura whilst lying on your back sound just like this. When one moves to lying on one's side, this normally stops the energetic process. I have noticed if I have an out of body experience whilst lying on my side, rarely do I get all these energy sensations.

As to your leg, I get very strange sensations at times when in the process of having an out of body, where my leg feels almost like it is broken, and can become really painful. I have put this down to blocked energies in this area, as my leg is physically okay. Normally if I allow the process to complete, the pain in the leg disappears as I exit the body.

If you are getting these pains in your waking state during daytime - I suggest to get this checked out by someone professional.

We are indeed living in strange energetic times, I know more and more and people now having the starting sensations of out of body during the night - it can be quite frightening if one has no knowledge of what is going on. As I see it, these higher energies surrounding Earth now, will see many more people getting to experience first-hand that their consciousness lives beyond their physical body.

Have had experiences of heating up inside along with my heart beating faster at the time...its happened in the middle of the night as well as mid day. Some may say with my age its hot flashes, but who knows? Ive been wondering if all ages have felt heating up inside? Also lately sometimes when i wake up..its as if i ran a marathon in my sleep..my legs/muscles are soar liked ive worked out? Really lots going on right now within my body..hard to explain..but definitely noticing differences

Also, it could be attributed to your vibrations changing. I have heard elsewhere that other symptoms include: joint pains, heart palpitations, nausea, skin rashes, depression, and a gradual change in diet.
