- I'm still working on this. I'd like any comments or ideas.
- I'd prefer a female voice.
- I'd like more than one version out there.
- I could make a version with ambient music and binaural beats later.

Sit or lie comfortably in a relaxed space.
Enter into a state of deep relaxation. Stretch your body if you need.
Feel a sensation of total peace come over your feet, your calves, thighs, stomach, chest, shoulders, arms, hands, neck, jaw cheeks, eyes, ears, the top of your head. Now feel it wash over your .entire body and total being.
Feel a sensation of deep love and relaxation.
Go deeper into your total consciousness.
Breathe in slowly.
Breathe out slowly.
Breathe deeper and relax.
Relax deeply.
Feel a sensation of deep calm come over your body, over your heart over your mind.
Now focus on reading.
Imagine your favorite mainstream newspaper is printing the story you want to hear. Imagine the feel of the paper as you hold it in your hand. Feel the excitement as you read the Earth shattering headlines in disbelief. Imagine the sounds around you as you read these headlines.
Cut out the headline and stick it carefully on your wall.
Feel the excitement and joy of the best headline you ever read.
Concentrate on the feeling in your mind as you read the news.
Now bring your consciousness to your heart center. Concentrate on the feelings and emotions in your heart center. Breathe deeper into them, relax deeper into them.
Now bring your consciousness to the center just below your navel, called the lower Dandien in some traditions. Concentrate on the feelings and emotions in this center. Breathe deeper into them, relax deeper into them.
Imagine your mind, heart and lower Dandien sinking back and merging into one.
Breathe as they are unified.
Imagine jumping up and down with joy at the news.
Breathe in the feeling of love, energy, peace, excitement.
Breathe out slowly, then quickly, and ground this feeling in our reality.
Now inhale slowly and deeply, and begin to breathe out slowly. At the end of the slow exhale, breathe out sharply to bring the energies into physical reality.
Breathe in again, holding the feeling and emotion of love and freedom....Begin to exhale slowly, then breathe out sharply and bring the energies to the front of your body, anchoring them in our reality.
Feel excitement and joy in your physical body, and a deep feeling of calm.
Breathe this energy in and out as many times as you need to.
Now count yourself back into our reality, anchoring the feeling with you.
