I have recently had a levy against my wages and my daughters bank account has been frozen . It's for child support. Arrears. It preempts another pre existing order that I don't pay support at all because....

Well I'm not supposed to mention it because it makes the plaintiff look bad (who ever they are). .... my daughter lives with me. She is now paying her own child support, cheeky little upstart that she is. Ingenous the way kids are these days.

I also can't mention that the person who motioned to file support has issued an a statement that even though they are listed as the plainftiff they didn't file the order for support. Thats why I don't know who it is, I am misled by the name following plaintiff.

Some court orders you know mysteriously file themselves.

And as this comes further to light it has been made known to me that not only did the Plaintiff NOT file an order for relief for a child that wasn't in their custody....wait for it....

I filed the motion against myself for support using his name.

To make him look bad. Also when my daughter noticed her bank account was frozen this same person blew a nut because she noticed . Then the nut blower us that she had no right to notice that her bank account was frozen and I somehow deliberately drew her attention to it to make him look bad.

The court lets you do that right? Sue yourself. Supply a made up name that is shockingly similar to your ex spouses and sue yourself. You ever done that. Fun isn't it? The court lets you walk right in and you pay your filing fee and sue yourself. And if you don't pay punitive damages to yourself you can request that a levy be leveled against yourself.

Has anyone tried this it is now its my understanding this is done only to 'make others look bad.'

Also I'm going to jail for making the other person look bad...AND because I've sued myself using his name.

What does this sound like to you? It is the reality of some people. So if you do not share this reality you really have something to be happy about today.

Is there a better personal story out there today. A more bizarre one? If there is please post it so I can regain my perspective on life.

About ten years ago, around 2001, I don't remember the country but it was in Europe, a governmental institution summoned a man to appear before them with proof of taxes paid - in other words, they wanted to audit him.
The man had been born in the 1880s and had not been seen or heard from since 1914.

About the same time, in Germany, a TV company (I think) tried to sue Frau Radegunda Sankt for failure to pay her TV dues.

Ms. Radegunda Sankt was Sankt Radegunda - Saint Radegund, and she resided in a church bearing her name. The TV bills had been issued to her name.

(In both cases, the best part was the or else... finger-wagging that was included in the letters. :))

I know, it won't help you much.
But it's a little light relief, I hope.

That takes a level of vindictiveness that I can't even imagine.. were I you I would take some solace in knowning that it probably took him a while to figure out how todo all that crap & he wasted much of the precious time he has on this earth furthering your (apparent) status as a local pariah among the "normals" (as I like to call TV watchers now).

I've had some strange events in life but nothing that tops this one (though I do not "play" the game as you do, I present my public "persona" to people untill I know they can handle the "real me" out of the desire to avoid situations like the one you describe)
