Im chocked over how this guy admits that he doesnt obey under
the laws and constitution of USA. That is an arrogant
international criminal, unmasked and in totally lack of shame for
his statement.

It's time to bring back public hangings for treason. We can raise money to help our used and abused veterans by selling lottery tickets to win the opportunity to pull the lever and release the floor. Start with Obama, Panetta, most of current senate and congress , then round up the past elected traitors too. And let's not forget their partners in crime ,the wall street gang along with dirty judges and lawyers are just as guilty.

That response was so creepy.
You have to give it to them, they are very good at twisting the words!

I'm a subscriber to James Gilliland's email updates, and so I received notice of this video yesterday. I love James' philosophy & activites vis-a-vis ETs & their earthly presence, but somewhere in his organization (I sincerely hope that he's not personally writing ALL of the stuff they publish in their newsletter) are people with a serious streak of paranoia, especially when it comes to President Obama. Some of it strikes me as just bat-sh*t crazy. The panic over this video is a case in point. Here's a copy of my response that I sent to them yesterday:
"Please don't get this stuff wrong. Listen to what these men are actually saying. Your country's democracy and government is very important.
NOWHERE in this video is America's constitution threatened. What Panetta is describing is a PROCESS leading up to the declaration of a certain kind of war. In this case, a war that has the blessing of many other nations. He is saying that if the US decides to declare war on Syria (the imposition of a no-fly zone constitutes an act of war ) it would PREFER to do so AFTER first having been given the consent of a coalition of like-minded states, the consent of the UN, or of NATO. Only then would the US military approach Congress to seek direction as to whether or not to go to war. That decision is made by Congress alone. This is what Bush did with Iraq. He kept referring to the "Coalition of the Willing" when he justified the decision to invade. No other country or entity outside the US can give the US the legal right to go to war. Ever.
Listen carefully. Relax."

I did a post http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?41938-CNN-Ron-Paul-Ad-Shocks-USA..-&p=442886#post442886 briefly outlining what our government actually consists of, so when they go forth like in Lybia and take from a soverign nation whatever they want, it's because that country would not bow to the globalist banksters.
Panetta is absolutely correct when he says they can do whatever they want without congressional approval, because the original congress has been suspended and we are under a military state of emergency.
The sooner this comes into the full light of day, the better.
