Dr Natasha Campbell-McBride tells how a genicide has been
created through false information concerning our food.
Gosh, how we have been fooled even in this field.

Reader's Reads
Here's a good one:
George, Here's a book recommendation for you. Seriously, this is very good. 84 pages end-to-end. No religion. You can read it in about 15 minutes. But it is a lot to chew on. Hope you like it as much as I did.
Title: How Do You Kill 11 Million People?: Why the Truth Matters More Than You Think (Amazon)
Excerpt from pages 20, 21: "So why, for month after month and year after year, did millions of intelligent human beings -- guarded by a relatively few Nazi soldiers -- willingly load their families into tens of thousands of cattle cars to be transported by rail to one of the many death camps scattered across Europe? How can a condemned group of people headed for a gas chamber be compelled to act in a docile manner?
[Note: all of page 21 follows]
"The answer is breathtakingly simple. And it is a method still being used by some elected leaders to achieve various goals today.
How do you kill 11 million people?
Lie to them."...
I couldn't have said it better myself!

I'm wondering about the two types of Cholesterol LDL & HDL, with LDL being the bogeyman of the two?

Linus Pauling said Heart disease was caused by chronic subclinical scurvy. You can cure yourself of it using 20 plus grams of Vit C per day, plus 300 mg of Coq10 once or twice a day. I brought myself back from the brink of death using that protocol, and am strong and healthy now. Any questions I'm happy to answer.

I'm wondering about the two types of Cholesterol LDL & HDL, with LDL being the bogeyman of the two?Oops, they got you too. The idea of cholesterol causing heart issues is another lie. DO NOT worry about your cholesterol, please. Worry about inflammation and what causes that. There's the answer to heart disease.

close to right, cholesterol from SUGAR (small dense HDL) is damaging and the cause of most cartiovascular issues (starting with inflamation however.. they work together to kill you ;) )

To add to what has been said already: liver produces cholesterol for the bodes needs, as a hormone ingredient for example. LDL transports cholesterol from the liver and HDL transports cholesterol back to the liver. Neither is really good nor bad, just different function. There are subforms which in fact is more important, as TargeT mentioned. Brain also produces cholesterol to be used as ingredient of the brain matter, it is essential that brain can do that, as without sufficient cholesterol new synapses cannot be formed.
The thing is that statins inhibit both liver and the brain from cholesterol production -> no more normal brain function, and normal synapse formation -> makes you wonder whether statins therefore participate in alzheimer epidemic? My take is BIG yes.
Linus Pauling: spot on, although as a reminder, amino acid lysine also important, as well as sufficient amount of magnesium and glyconutrients(monosaccharides) as they all participate in either the production and/or the structure of collagen. There are about 20 different types of collagen and it is possible to have different genetic capabilities to produce the variety in a single individual, i.e. some okay, some not. Also sufficient omega 3 important as it reduces inflammation, where as omega 6 is pro-inflammatory, again no good no bad, just a question of balance.

Just wish to add a note here about 'The Rosedale Diet". I changed to this way of eating about 2 months ago. The base of this plan is that the diet is leafy and green vegetables, healthy fats, and some protein. This diet is said to prolong 'youth' and lead to health, vigor and a slender body. (you can Google it for many links, here's an example: http://www.everydiet.org/diet/rosedale-diet).
Originally I did this with the intention of weight loss primarily, and health improvement secondarily. I have had some very surprising results so far. At age 61 I have some signs of old age showing up on my skin (skin tags) and teeth as well as thickened skin on the bottoms of my feet on the liver channel. All of this has vanished or is vanishing as I write this. Interestingly, after the first month when I experienced cravings for sweet things, I no longer experience hunger between meals. I find I sometimes forget to eat breakfast until about 3PM or forget to eat dinner at night and don't realize it until almost bed time.
I no longer crave sugar. And there are many signs that chronic inflammatory issues in my body are changing. Here is a great video clip with Dr. Rosedale
